Research On Project Cost Control Of China Railway FC Company Based On LUBA Model

With the gradual expansion of the scale of construction company projects,the project structure is becoming more and more complex.While the number of projects undertaken by many construction companies is increasing,the profit is declining.The fundamental reason is that the cost control system is not perfect.However,the traditional cost control tends to control the overall engineering project,and it is not satisfied with the current project with many work contents and miscellaneous structure.Therefore,this paper studies the project cost control of China Railway FC Company based on LUBA model.This paper first analyzes the basic situation of China Railway FC Company and the types of projects to undertake,and expounds the current project cost composition of China Railway FC Company,the status quo of cost control and the problems existing in cost control.Then the project cost control system of China Railway FC company based on LUBA model was put forward aiming at the existing problems of cost control of the company.This paper expounds the construction idea and procedure of LUBA model of China Railway FC Company,and divides the total project cost of China Railway FC company into district cost,block cost,unit cost and line cost.Taking highway project as an example,this paper puts forward the dividing method of project area cost,and carries on the subsystem analysis to each area cost,further subdivides into the block cost and the unit cost.After the cost of each level is clarified,the calculation and homing set method of each level of cost is analyzed.Applying PDCA cycle method,the control method of project cost of China Railway FC company is put forward.In the cost control of each level of the project of China Railway FC Company,a multi-level cycle of planning,implementation,inspection and rectifying deviation is formed,and a small cycle drives a large cycle,forming a whole process of refined dynamic control.This paper explains carefully the cost dynamic planning compiling method in PDCA circulation on the basis of character of analysis of cost changing affection.In the examing stage of PDCA circulation,the earned value analysis method is used to form a multi-level earned value evaluation for analysis.Finally,the implementation countermeasures of the cost control method of China Railway FC Company based on LUBA model are proposed,including perfecting the project cost control organization of China Railway FC Company and building the project cost database collection system of China Railway FC Company.This paper puts forward a new method for the project cost control of China Railway FC Company,which is of great practical value for improving the project cost control level of China Railway FC Company.It also provides reference for other construction enterprises to carry out project cost control.
