With the rapid changes of society and the rapid development of economy,the construction industry also ushered in rapid and efficient development.In recent years,with the increase of the number of projects and the expansion of business scale,many construction enterprises and construction projects have many problems in the project schedule management in the construction process.The situation of time performance is more severe,and the quality,cost and schedule control level in the process of the project need to be improved.As the most important part of project management,the goal of project schedule management is to ensure that the project can be completed with quality and quantity under the specified time and agreed cost.Whether the project can be completed on time also affects the economic benefits and reputation of the enterprise.Therefore,the application of project schedule management in the construction process is particularly important for construction projectsIn this paper,X construction project is selected as the research object.By using the methods of theoretical review,case analysis and questionnaire survey,the theory of project schedule management and the research status at home and abroad are sorted out through a large number of relevant literature;Secondly,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and Research on the general situation and management status of X Construction Project in the construction process,and holds a management forum to summarize the influencing factors and difficulties of project schedule delay,and makes an in-depth analysis;Thirdly,the project schedule is prepared.According to WBS work breakdown table,work duration estimation and responsibility allocation matrix,the network diagram and Gantt chart are drawn.According to the principle of importance,the processes with resource conflicts are reallocated and adjusted.Finally,the key chain technology is used to set the buffer to optimize the project schedule management,and the concepts of weight coefficient and risk elasticity coefficient are introduced to calculate the buffer size and buffer days,so that the optimized construction period can be completed earlier than the planned construction period.At the same time,the dynamic monitoring of the project and the implementation of the control scheme and safeguard measures are carried out,so as to effectively formulate the project schedule and scientifically implement the plan Implement project schedule management.In this paper,the achievement of X construction project schedule management optimization and control is not only to make the project completed and delivered before the planned time limit,but also to avoid the construction quality and safety problems caused by excessive rush,which has a certain reference significance for the engineering management of small and medium-sized construction companies.
