| The EPC general contracting project is a widely used project management model,which is also gradually promoted in the field of transportation infrastructure construction due to its advantages of lower cost,less disputes,and higher efficiency.Transportation infrastructure projects that adopt the EPC model have the characteristics of large investment,long cycle,and complicated technology.Therefore,contractors often form a consortium to undertake projects.In the operation of the consortium,improper distribution of profit will damage the enthusiasm of members and even lead to failure of cooperation.In order to solve the problem of improper profit distribution of the consortium and promote the development of the EPC model in the field of transportation infrastructure,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the profit distribution of the consortium of transportation infrastructure EPC projects.On the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign research status,the research theme,research content,research methods and technical route of this article are clarified.Firstly,the elements of profit distribution of the consortium of EPC projects in transportation infrastructure were analyzed,and the main body of profit distribution was determined to be the designer and the builder and the interest claims of the main body were analyzed according to the actual situation;through the analysis of the method of profit distribution,mixed payment was determined In order to improve the enthusiasm of the members of the consortium,on the basis of this,the distributable profit is divided into three parts:fixed profit,optimized profit,and general contract management profit;using the literature research method,expert interview method,and questionnaire method identify and improve the factors that affect the optimized profit distribution of the consortium of transportation infrastructure EPC projects,and divide them into four parts:optimization contribution,optimization investment,optimization willingness,and optimization risk.Secondly,build a distribution model for fixed profit and optimized profit separately,and allocate fixed profit in proportion to the input;for optimized profit,use the Shapley model for initial distribution,and then comprehensively consider the influencing factors to modify the initial value through cloud barycenter theory;General contract management profit belongs to the lead party,and the integration of the three parts of the profit is the final profit distribution plan of the consortium of transportation infrastructure EPC projects.Finally,through a case study of the transportation infrastructure EPC project,the profit distribution value of the project was solved,and the comparative analysis of the results proved the applicability of the profit distribution scheme.The profit distribution model established in this thesis provides a theoretical basis and solution for the profit distribution problem of the consortium of EPC projects in the transportation infrastructure.The model fully considers the principles of fairness and science,and can enhance the enthusiasm of the members of the consortium to cooperate and improve the competitiveness of the consortium.To promote the further development of transportation infrastructure EPC projects. |
