Hydraulic pump and motor are the drive and performance of hydraulicsystem, so it is of high importance that the characteristic test of hydraulic pumpand motor. The widespread application of the computer-aided test provides abrilliant future for the characteristic test of hydraulic pump and motor.The YanShan University hydraulic comprehensive test bed is a largesystem that is designed and assembled by National hydraulic componentdetecting center. Part of it, the performance of hydraulic pump and motor isupdated by YanShan University basing on NI virtual instrument system.The paper concludes the parameter and the sign of the control and the dataof the state. It discusses the principle of the hardware which makes up the testbed. It is the pivot of the paper that the function of the system and the signalgathering and the data processing and the data exporting and the curveprotracting and the interfere removing. We configured the hardware of thesystem and analyzed and designed the software of the test system. And weprogrammed for the no-load output test and the efficiency test and the varietytest and the strike test and so on. In the end we test the hydraulic pump63PCY14-1B with the software and analyzed the outcome.All the instrument which the performance measurement system needswere designed based on LabVIEW. We intelligentized and automatized the testsystem. And we meet the request of the contemporary measurement of manyparameters and the building and peace of all kinds of curves. The softwarefulfills the needs of the performance measure, saves large numbers ofinstrument and cost, and shortens the test time greatly.
