| With the continuous increase of urban population in my china,urban environmental governance will face great challenges,and various mechanized sanitation products have been to meet the needs of urbanization development.In particular,the current sanitation products are seriously homogeneous in shape and excessively similar in product characteristics.Therefore,it is an effective way to meet the needs of urbanization development to creat an image of sanitation products that can not only maintain the recognition drgee of sanitation products but also have differentiation.In this paper an improve method of product shape design is tapplied to solve the contradiction between product genetic inheritance and innovation.This method takes the small road sweeper as the research object,deduces the main structure of small road sweeper by using the grammar rules of shape grammar,controls the generalization degree of product group by combining with the concept of pan-ethnicity,and innovates the design of small road sweeper.Firstly,the perceptual image vocabulary of the small road sweeper is selected through the research,and the style positioning of the product is determined.Then collect small road sweeper vehicles samples,using morphological analysis to extract characteristic line,small road sweeper parts get small road sweeper model model library,use the joint analysis of perceptual engineering,establish a mapping model of shape feature and style image word,select the main characteristics of components,it is concluded that the influence degree of the parts design to the overall design;Executed after shape rules,the product style affect large parts of the generative rules to keep the product characteristics of inheritance,and combining with the generic theory of ethnic group use the modified rules,in order to improve the product modelling innovative,shape restructuring,according to the shape of deduction for the modelling of novel combination plan,through to the vehicle vehicle layout and the size of the constrained optimization scheme,the resulting in conformity with the product image positioning of the small road sweeper modelling design.In this paper,the above research method is applied to the practical design of small road sweeper,and the design effect is relatively satisfactory.The feasibility of the method is verified by perceptual evaluation method,which has a certain reference ang guiding significance for the modeling design of sanitation products in china. |
