Research On Business Continuity Of Airline Emergency

In recent years,as the number of civil aviation flights has been increasing year by year in China,the aviation operating environment has become more and more complicated.Airline emergencies have occurred from time to time,and emergencies have been one of the main reasons affecting the continuity of airline operations.The suddenness,uncertainty,and randomness of emergencies will catch airlines off guard,and a slight mishandling will cause great damage to the continuity of airline flight operations,and even have a significant impact on the airline’s social reputation.In order to improve airline emergency business continuity management,this article evaluates and supplements airline emergency management system based on the core concept of business continuity management,and builds an emergency response and recovery system suitable for airlines in emergencies..The article studies the related theories of emergency response and business continuity,and conducts deep learning and analysis of the airline emergency system and business continuity,and summarizes the current situation of the emergency response and emergency recovery phase in the airline emergency system.At the same time,the conceptual framework of business continuity management is summarized and analyzed,and the adaptability of business continuity management in civil aviation emergency management is analyzed.Then based on the analysis results,the airline’s emergency response business recovery capability was modeled and evaluated,and the airline’s emergency response business recovery evaluation index system was constructed.At the same time,the use of gray evaluation theory was introduced.Secondly,It is a research on airline emergency recovery problems based on business continuity management,and builds a resource assignment recovery model based on aircraft failure emergency events,and establishes an emergency recovery model based on the total recovery cost as the objective function,and at the same time according to the aircraft failure repair time.It further established an emergency recovery supplementary model and introduced related algorithms.Then,the actual operation case of the airline was evaluated and verified.The results showed that the airline’s emergency recovery capability in the existing emergency system really needs to be improved,and it also shows that this article provided emergency recovery plan is more economical and robust.Finally,based on the core content and concepts of the business continuity management,including team building for business continuity management,identification of key businesses,business impact analysis,determination of continuity strategies,assignment of responsibilities,emergency drill review,and emergency response-recovery integrated process construction,The business continuity management and the airline emergency management system were integrated and reorganized.Finally,the suitable for the operation needs of the airline’s BCM emergency management program was established.The research in this paper is helpful to the improvement of the airline emergency management system,integrates the culture of business continuity management into the airline emergency management process,provides reference for the improvement of the airline emergency management work,and guarantees the safety of the airline,Punctual and continuous operation.
