Airline operation performance evaluation is important for improving the level of airline operation management,enhance airline market competitiveness plays a vital role.The development of airlines is affected by a variety of factors,presenting a dynamic,complex,and non-linear process of change.The evaluation of airline operating performance from a dynamic perspective is more objective and comprehensive.This paper constructs an indicator system for airline operation performance evaluation.Introduced the variable weight theory to give the index dynamic weight.The improved matter-element extension model is used to measure the airline’s operational performance level.The development trend of airlines is studied from the perspective of speed characteristics,and a dual dynamic perspective of the weights of airline operating performance indicators and evaluation results has been formed.The research content of the paper includes:(1)The construction of related concepts and index system of airline operating performanceCombining with the operating characteristics of airlines,the relevant factors affecting airline operating performance are discussed.The related concepts of airline operation performance are sorted out and summarized.In accordance with the “Detailed Implementation Rules for Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of Central Enterprises” issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission,the airline’s operational performance evaluation index system was constructed from the financial and non-financial dimensions,covering 7 secondary indicators and 17 tertiary indicators.(2)Research on dynamic evaluation of airline operating performanceThe development of airlines is affected by a variety of factors,and the level of operational performance is constantly changing.Based on this,a dynamic evaluation model combining variable weight theory-improved matter-element extension-velocity characteristics is proposed.The dynamic weight of indicators is given through variable weight theory,which reflects the active participation of evaluation indicators.In order to improve the evaluation accuracy of airline operating performance,the progress function is introduced to improve the matter-element extension model.At the same time,the speed characteristic model is used to study the development trend of operational performance,forming an overall to partial,static to dynamic operational performance evaluation(3)Sensitivity analysis of airline operating performanceIn order to find the key factors that affect airline operating performance,sensitivity analysis of various indicators of airline operating performance was carried out,study the change trend and amplitude of each indicator.From the two dimensions of weight and eigenvalue,the sensitive indicators that have changed greatly have been screened out,which points out the direction for improving the operation and management of airlines.(4)Research on the improvement path of airline operation performanceAccording to the development characteristics of each airline,taking the airline’s operational performance level and the balance point of development trend as the boundary,the improvement path plan suitable for each airline’s own development has been formulated.According to the coordinate positioning of each airline company,three promotion paths of unilateral breakthrough,gradual and stimulating jump are proposed.
