This research topic uses poplar powder and P34HB as raw materials,and uses titanate coupling agent CS-201,silane coupling agent KH550,silane/titanium.Acid-mixing coupling agent 3 different coupling agents respectively modify poplar powder,and prepare modified wood flour/P34HB composite by blending hot pressing method,hoping to prepare a new type of organism instead of tray packaging Degradable material.SEM,FTIR,TGA,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),dynamic thermomechanical analysis(DMA),mechanical properties,and water absorption The structure and properties of the composites were studied as follows:(1)Study the effect of different titanate coupling agent CS-201 content on the composite material,and find out the optimal addition amount of titanate.The results show that the addition of titanate coupling agent can improve the interfacial compatibility between wood flour and P34HB.In the FTIR,a new characteristic peak Ti-O-C appeared,which made the wood powder successfully modified by titanate.Both TGA and DSC indicate that the addition of titanate increases the thermal stability of the composite,broadens the thermal processing window,and increases crystallinity.DMA shows that with the increase of the content of titanate,the value of the storage modulus E’ of the composite increases first and then decreases,and the peak value of the loss factor tan δ increases gradually,which improves the damping performance of the composite.The mechanical properties of the composites are also slightly improved.The water absorption of the composite material gradually decreases with the addition of titanate.For the comprehensive analysis,the optimum addition amount of titanate is 1%.(2)Study the effect of different silane coupling agent KH550 content on the composite material,and find out the content of KH550 when the composite material has the best comprehensive performance.SEM found that 2%KH550 composites have the best cross-sectional integrity.The Si-O-C characteristic peak in FTIR indicates that KH550 is grafted to wood flour by copolymerization.DSC found that KH550 improved the crystallinity of the composite,and P34HB crystals were the most complete at 0.5%KH550.DMA found that the storage modulus E’ of the 0.5%KH550 composite was always at a maximum,and the loss factor tan δ peak did not change significantly.As the content of KH550 increases,the tensile properties and bending properties of the composites increase and then decrease.The water absorption rate is inversely related to the KH550 content.In summary,the comprehensive performance is best when the KH550 content is 0.5%.(3)The above two coupling agents were uniformly mixed,and the influence of different mixed coupling agent contents on the composite materials was studied,and the content of the mixed coupling agent with the most significant modification effect was found.When the content of the mixed coupling agent was 1%,the cross-sectional structure of the composite was the most flat,and the degree of bonding was the highest.TGA found that the proper amount of mixed coupling agent improved the thermal stability of the composite.DSC shows that the 2%composite has the strongest crystallization ability.DMA indicates that DMA indicates that the temperature is negatively correlated with the storage modulus E’ of the composite,and E’ increases first and then decreases with the increase of the content of the mixed coupling agent.The mechanical properties of the composites have been improved to varying degrees.As the content of the mixed coupling agent increases,the water absorption capacity of the composite material gradually decreases,and the water resistance is improved.From the perspective of comprehensive performance,the modification effect is most significant when the content of the mixed coupling agent is 1%.(4)All three coupling agents play an improved role,and the titanate/silane mixed coupling agent works best.
