Research On Micro-renewal Strategy Of Historic And Cultural District Of Cangxiang Street In Anyang From The Perspective Of Quantification

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the urbanization process,China’s urban construction method has also changed from "incremental planning" to "stock renewal".The work of old city renewal has become a major focus in urban construction.The historical and cultural blocks in the old city,as the epitome of the urban culture and development process,are not only the places where people lived for thousands of years,but also reflect the inheritance of regional culture in the long history,and are of great significance to the promotion of the development of urban individualization.However,the historical and cultural blocks have been damaged for many years,and the buildings and infrastructures in the blocks have already shown a trend of decline and cannot meet the needs of residents.The spontaneous renewal behavior of residents has caused a certain impact on the style and appearance of the block.The urban construction method of "demolition and construction" has caused serious damage to the blocks that have been in disrepair.The problems faced by the development of historical and cultural blocks have become more prominent.This has also caused academic world to pay attention to historical and cultural blocks.A series of related studies.The micro-renewal theory,due to its small-scale and gradual update method,can effectively improve the quality of the human settlement environment in a "point-to-surface" manner,and solve the problems in historical and cultural blocks in a targeted manner.At the same time,shorten the project cycle,reduce the construction cost,and realize the integration of social,economic and humanistic benefits under the premise of maximizing the use of various resources.Therefore,from the perspective of micro-renewal,this article takes the historical and cultural block of Cangxiang Street in Anyang City,Henan Province as the specific research object,and uses space syntax and PSPL research methods to analyze and reform the design of historical and cultural blocks,aiming to adopt a quantitative method carry out scientific micro-renewal design work on the block,and use this to improve the quality of the residential environment of the block,and promote the balanced development of the block.This article first conducts research and analysis of relevant literature,understands the basic concepts and theories of historical and cultural blocks and micro-renewal,and analyzes the development and application of the concept of micro-renewal at home and abroad.On the basis of these theories,it analyzes the related cases of the micro-update of historical and cultural blocks,and combines ancient materials and spatial syntax software to explore the historical evolution of the Cangxiang Street block in Anyang,which provides an important analysis of the current situation of the block in the following article.in accordance with.Secondly,the line segment analysis method,the axis analysis method and the horizon analysis method in the space syntax software are used to jointly study the spatial characteristics of the block,and further clarify the current situation of the block.After that,the map marking method and the field counting method in the PSPL survey method were used to investigate the behavior characteristics of the user groups in the block,and the public space quality evaluation work in the form of a questionnaire method was used to collect the update willingness of the user groups and further verify the syntax Results of the analysis.Then,based on the results of syntactic analysis,we summarized the important issues in the block space,and from this,we discussed and drew the goals and principles of the micro-renewal design of the landscape in the historical and cultural blocks,thus embodying the premise of the micro-renewal concept Next,the specific design strategy for the historical and cultural block of Cangxiang Street is proposed.This article hopes to provide certain theoretical basis and guidance for the application of the micro-renewal concept in the historical and cultural blocks through the related work on the landscape micro-renewal design of the historical and cultural blocks of Cangxiang Street,and to provide certain reference value for the future research on the micro-renewal of historical and cultural blocks.At the same time,it is hoped that this research will have certain reference significance for the renewal of other historical and cultural districts in Anyang City and even Henan Province.
