Study On Space Morphology Of Yingkou Liaohe Old Street Commercial Distric Based On Space Syntax

Historical block was the first block of economic activities in the city,and was also the most representative city since its development at the core of the block.In recent years,due to the impact of market economy,carryed the history of the main functions of urban blocks gradually decline down,left the spatial organization,environmental degradation,unreasonable economic structure,social class imbalance problems such as organization.Liaohe old street was not exceptional also,blocks the lack of vitality and historical style and features of destruction by the municipal government and the social people from all walks of life's attention.After a study of the patterns of conservation and renewal of experts at home and abroad several times,both in theory and practice has achieved fruitful results.The space syntax theory to the research of block space form,from a new perspective and method research of liaohe old street space form.Space syntax after more than 40 years of development and research,after the formation,development,demonstration,and perfect,has been the basic form a complete set,system construction theory.Space syntax for designers to provide a new way of thinking,rather than just a set of design tools.It is brought about by the space behind the humanities information,designers in the early part of the solution,considering project,in-depth field research,understanding the project involved in environmental and spatial organization of the region,accurate assessment for construction project of existing spatial structure may be a potential impact.Paper studied the application of space syntax in space form block level.Liaohe old street blocks through different historical periods of syntactic model analysis,found that old street of different historical periods have different status in the city,the development of yingkou city centres and the integration degree of syntactic model,selectivity and street network density has close correlation;From macro,meso and micro three aspects of liaohe old street space form the present status,lack of flexibility and pertinence,found that part of the node space design cause isolation of enclosed space,the sustainable development of the commercial vitality of old street cause adverse effect.To improve the relevant space design,using the theory of space syntax analysis to improve the solution space shape characteristic,studies both before and after improvement in the differences of space form and the advantages and disadvantages;And for the sustainable development of the old street integral space,make the liaohe old street business district development towards more energetic,more humanized.Finally on the basis of the study summed up the space syntax theory application in the block protection and renovation,in order to improve the quality of the liaohe old street business district space and environmental quality,to seek the path of sustainable development,as a historical commercial district construction provides the certain reference value.
