Research On Construction Quality Management Of Huadian Changshan Thermal Power Project

In recent years,with the rapid development of thermoelectric technology,the demand of thermoelectric project construction in China is growing gradually.Promoting the construction of related projects has positive practical significance for the development of thermoelectric industry in China.As far as the construction quality of thermal power projects in China is concerned,th e quality management level is still not high,and the domestic research on the quality management of thermal power projects is relatively limited.This paper hopes to study the construction quality management of Huadian Changshan thermal power project,explore the construction of the corresponding engineering quality management system for the quality management in the process of project construction,and try to effectively guide the smooth completion of the project construction,and make the project play a role after completion,so as to avoid quality problems affecting the construction and use of the project.Taking Huadian Changshan thermal power project as an example,this paper makes a series of research on the construction quality management of the proj ect.This paper summarizes the research status of thermal power project quality management at home and abroad,and explains the related project management theory.This paper briefly introduces Huadian Changshan thermal power project,and combs the construction objectives and quality management characteristics of the project.This paper analyzes the quality management requirements and quality management objectives of Huadian Changshan thermal power project,points out the main influencing factors of project construction quality management,and analyzes the specific situation of these influencing factors.On this basis,the construction quality management system of Huadian Changshan thermal power project is established,and the whole process quality management of the project is carried out from the design stage,construction stage and acceptance stage.Finally,this paper establishes the project construction quality management guarantee system from three aspects of organization guarantee,system guarantee and measure guarantee,so as to guarantee the final quality management results of Huadian Changshan thermal power project construction.
