With the rapid development of the civil aviation transportation industry,the plenty of participants rush into the civil aviation industry,and the competition among airlines has become increasingly fierce.In order to reduce the operating cost of airlines,tackle the highly competitive market environment,and improve their own market competitiveness,airlines are no longer a single competitive relationship,but gradually transformed into cooperative competition.The sharing strategy of the aviation material adopting is a form of the cooperative competition between airlines.Airlines have gradually realized that aviation materials are not only a key factor in ensuring the safe operation of aircraft,but also can directly affect the economic benefits of airlines.They are trying to effectively control the cost of aviation materials to improve the profit of airlines.As an important part of aviation materials,turnover parts account for 80% of the inventory funds of the entire aviation materials.Therefore,systematic and in-depth research on inventory control of turnover parts based on aviation material sharing has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the turnover parts of aviation materials are taken as the research object.Based on the previous research results,the characteristics of turnover parts are studied by using game theory,storage theory and other methods.The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects:(1)On the basis of analyzing the current situation of aviation material inventory of domestic airlines,the significance of studying the inventory control of turnover parts based on aviation material sharing is proposed.The definition and classification of aviation materials are introduced,and the importance of turnover parts to inventory control is clarified.(2)Established a payment matrix game model of airline material sharing behavior,and analyzed the airline material sharing behavior.Through the use of dilemma of the prisoner model to study airline material sharing,it is concluded that the development trend of air material sharing is the inevitable result of airlines pursuit of profit maximization.It is more conducive to the continuation of the aviation material sharing behavior when airlines adopt reciprocal investment,equal risk,and equal sharing of air material sharing benefits.(3)Analyzed the influencing factors of the order batch of turnover parts,and based on the consideration of depreciation cost,repair cost,inventory cost and out-of-stock cost,the objective function with the smallest total cost was constructed to optimize the economic order batch of turnover parts.Case analysis proves the feasibility of the method,and through sensitivity analysis,it is concluded that the number of annual replacements and the unit out-of-stock cost are strong sensitive factors that affect the economic order quantity,while the purchase price is an insensitive factor.(4)By comparing the minimum cost of the two airlines’ air material turnover under the non-sharing and sharing situations,it proves that the airlines adopt reciprocal investment,equal risk,and equal sharing of air material sharing benefits.The share strategy of aviation materials to control inventory can further reduce the cost of aviation materials.The analysis of two highly sensitive factors,the number of annual replacements and the unit stock-out cost,proves that the inventory cost when sharing is less than the inventory cost when not sharing under any circumstances.
