Low voltage circuit breaker is a kind of common equipment in power network.In the background of the national strategy,people have more requirements on the safety and energy conservation of living and production electricity,and the intelligent technology of low-voltage circuit breaker will play an important role in this field.With the rapid development of embedded system from scientific research stage to application stage,the research and development of intelligent circuit breaker has good technical support in both hardware and software.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of some problems existing in the current low-voltage intelligent circuit breaker and puts forward a design scheme of the control system of the low-voltage intelligent circuit breaker with wireless communication.In this paper,the design scheme of intelligent circuit breaker is analyzed theoretically from the aspects of analog quantity anti-jamming,system stability and communication reliability.The hardware of the scheme mainly includes: STM32F103RCT6 microprocessor;TFTLCD liquid crystal display;SIM900AGPRS wireless communication module and some peripheral accessories.According to the functional requirements,the author adopts modular programming.The main program is written in C language in the MDK5 development environment to realize a series of functions such as data display of LCD screen and communication of SIM900 A wireless module.The controller designed in this paper can not only display the parameters of the circuit breaker on the LCD screen in real time,but also transmit the information to the host server through serial port communication.The interface of server computer is friendly,can clearly show various state parameters and alarm information,so that the operators can make reference analysis of historical data,for further maintenance to provide guidance.Unlike common intelligent controller on the market at present,this system has several advantages: first,choose the 32-bit embedded microcontroller as the main controller,realized the data processing recommend suite and economy unifies,through modular programming,the whole complex system can be divided into various functional modules to improve the system of fast transplant and debugging convenience;Secondly,the author designs a digital filtering algorithm based on STM32 microcontroller’s great advantage in floating number calculation.This method makes use of the advantages of the hardware multiplier embedded in the MCU of STM32,uses the iterative method to perform digital filtering on the analog signal,eliminates the fixed interference and various random analog clutter,and provides a favorable factor for quickly and accurately judging the real-time state of each variable in the system.The highlight of this design in terms of communication is the addition of SIM900 A wireless communication module in the STM32 embedded system peripheral,the module can real-time send status information to the public network of the host server,facilitate the central platform of the entire network of intelligent circuit breakers for scientific management and control.In addition,the design scheme also fully considers the stability of the system,in the program design for watchdog monitoring and chip hardware monitoring and a series of software optimization.After many debugging on site,the design goal in advance was realized.
