Research On Renewal Of Old Industrial District Based On SWOT-AHP Analysis Method

Due to the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the change of traditional industrial structure and the exhaustion of resources,some industries have been forced to relocate and stop production,leaving abandoned old industrial areas.These old industrial areas are a waste of resources to a certain extent,and they have also brought a series of problems to the development of the city.The renewal and reuse of them is urgent.The significance of the renewal of the old industrial zone is to improve the social economy,stabilize the social order,restore the urban environment,and improve the quality of life of the people.At present,the renewal of my country’s old industrial areas has also achieved certain results.However,in many practices,there are still errors in the previous update mode and update strategy that lead to the update not reaching the expected goal.In order to solve this problem,this article introduces the SWOT-AHP analysis method.The SWOT-AHP analysis method has played a very good role in the formulation of development strategies for enterprises and industries,so I chose to apply it to the renewal of old industrial areas for the formulation of relevant renewal strategies and renewal models,in order to renew the old industrial areas.Provide multi-directional reference.This article takes the old industrial area as the main research object.First,it clarifies the research content,purpose and significance,expounds related concepts,sorts out the research framework,and studies the relevant theories,policies,regulations,cases,and SWOT,AHP,and SWOT of the old industrial area.-The application of AHP analysis method,analyzes the feasibility of applying SWOT-AHP analysis method to the renewal of old industrial areas,and provides theoretical and practical support for follow-up research.Then,it focused on the application of SWOT-AHP analysis method in the renewal of old industrial areas,introduced the SWOT-AHP analysis process,constructed the SWOT-AHP analysis model for the renewal of old industrial areas,and selected advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.It is a criterion-level indicator,strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats are sub-criteria-level indicators,and various renewal modes are program-level indicators.The internal environmental factors and external environmental factors in the renewal of old industrial areas are analyzed,and The internal environmental factors are further judged as advantages or disadvantages indicators,and the external environmental factors are judged as opportunities or threat indicators to provide a method for judging.The update mode indicators at the plan level are summarized,and the update mode of the old industrial area is analyzed from the SWOT indicators.Prepare for the scoring of the judgment matrix.Finally,taking the renewal of Jiahe Coal Mine in Xuzhou City as an example,the SWOT-AHP analysis model was used to determine that the most suitable renewal development strategy for Jiahe Coal Mine in Xuzhou City is the strength type in the pioneering strategy and the renewal model is industrial.The expo model proposes specific update strategies based on the analysis results,carries out overall planning and individual design,and provides new methods and new ideas for the pre-positioning and update design of Jiahe Coal Mine’s renewal work.
