A Study Of Renovation Design For Existing Buildings In Jiahe Abandoned Coal Mine Production Area Of Xuzhou

With the depletion of coal resources and the adjustment of industrial structure,many old coal mines in China have been shut down,and a large number of industrial buildings have been idle due to the loss of production function,resulting in the waste of urban land resources.The renewal and transformation of abandoned coal mining areas has become a special concern of many resource-based cities.Starting from the renovation of the existing industrial buildings in the abandoned coal mine area,grasping the key points and solving the problems,it can not only turn waste into treasure,save resources,but also protect the industrial heritage,continue the historical emotion,and then drive the sustainable development of the whole abandoned coal mine area,and gradually realize the unity of social,economic and ecological benefits.Taking the once brilliant and now decayed Xuzhou Jiahe Coal Mine as the object of renewal and transformation,this paper focuses on the existing industrial buildings in the production area built in the 1970 s,and summarizes the theoretical methods suitable for the planning of abandoned coal mine area and the design of existing building reconstruction through literature collation,case analysis and comparison,field survey and so on.By analyzing the successful cases of building renewal and renovation in abandoned mining areas at home and abroad,we can draw lessons from the ideas,key points and techniques of its design level.In combination with the joint graduation design course of four schools in which the author participated,three representative existing buildings in Xuzhou Jiahe coal mine production area were selected: bathroom(Fulilou)from the planning of the park to the individual level of the building,this paper discusses the strategy of the renovation and renovation of the existing buildings in the production area,and further explores the new and old space design of the existing buildings in the production area.The research result of this paper is a tool for the renewal and transformation of Xuzhou Jiahe coal mine production area has guiding significance and application value.The thesis falls into 6 chapters with 69628 characters,chart 149(among them figure 138,table 11)and appendix 4.
