With the rapid economic development and the improvement of consumption level,China’s automobile industry has brought unprecedented prosperity,and the automobile industry has undergone tremendous changes.As a large population country,China’s demand for automobiles has been increasing constantly.It has become the largest country of automobile production and consumption.Affected by this,the automobile related industries have also developed rapidly,especially the automobile parts industry has been greatly affected.D company is a domestic auto parts enterprise,which is developed and manufactured together,and has also been developed rapidly while the industry is developing.A few years ago,because of the rapid development of automobile industry in China,it is the particularity of this industry that has created the particularity of the survival environment of the enterprise.Even if the customers are dissatisfied with the company’s marketing service,the company still retains some supply and marketing.For the company,it is impossible to develop,but in a state of maintaining survival.With the rapid development of the industry,the competition in the industry is becoming more and more intense,and the customers have gradually cancelled the supporting policies.This requires the enterprises to continuously improve the market share,and the enterprise reform becomes very urgent.It is urgent to maintain the supply of the original products from the existing customers,to develop the new product demand of the old customers,and to explore new channels and new products.Based on the current situation of marketing personnel in company D,this study improves the sales ability of marketing personnel by applying the theoretical knowledge of human resource performance management,thus solving the existing sales problems,and improving them in all aspects,such as performance and ability.Only if the sales performance is improved,can the strategic objectives of the company be achieved.The research object of this paper is company D.through the study of the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management,based on the actual situation of D company,the paper analyzes D company through domestic and foreign research methods.The research is about the marketing mode,performance management content and current situation of company D.through the analysis of the current situation of the company,it is easy to find out various problems under the existing conditions of the company.Through the elaboration of the existing problems,combined with the actual situation of the marketing team and personnel of the company,the paper analyzes the causes of these problems and the actual situation of the marketing personnel,and then analyzes the marketing situation of the company The post has been improved,the places with big problems are redesigned,and the performance evaluation index is optimized.The evaluation methods and processes are improved.In addition,the incentive mechanism is optimized,the communication and feedback mechanism is added,the application of the evaluation results is upgraded,and the corresponding guarantee is also put forward measures.This paper is based on the relevant theory of performance management,and references the practical experience of other companies,and then optimizes the performance system of company D,so as to improve the market competitiveness of the sales personnel and enhance the company’s strength in the industry competition.Through full investigation,considering the development strategy of company D,referring to the practical experience of other enterprises,the performance management system is improved,and appropriate performance appraisal methods are formulated.Through the implementation of performance appraisal method,a set of practical performance management schemes are formed.Through improving performance management,an effective management mechanism is formed to improve management ability,and the staff can be improved While the competitiveness of the industry is in progress,the competitiveness of the enterprise will be improved to achieve win-win results between the enterprise and the employees.
