Research On New Product RD Process Improvement Of ME (Shanghai) Company

New product development process,which play a critical role in the whole business process of all enterprises.Whether the development process of new products is in line with the development status of the company and whether it meets the rapidly changing needs of the market plays a vital role.With the development of global integration,the whole world has formed an economic development community.The whole manufacturing industry and even the whole world cannot be divided or separated.Therefore,more and more foreign enterprises set up production center in China.However,how to consider and ensure that the existing new product development process of foreign enterprises can adapt to the China cultural environment and working environment is a critical problem.All the foreign enterprises must be focused on that and find solutions.There is a certain degree of environmental differences,customs differences,cultural concepts differences,and even faith differences,all these differences will lead to the company internal staff working methods,the understanding of relevant concepts and processes in differences,will ultimately affect the progress of the new product development and implementation and the final results.Therefore,the development process of new products is a problem that needs us further study.This paper uses the theory and method of new product development process management to optimize the new product development process of ME(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.Firstly,the current situation of ME(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.’s new product development process management and the company’s main problems in new product development and design stage,pilot production preparation stage,pilot production stage,mass production transfer stage and cost control are analyzed.Secondly,the optimization scheme of the new product development process is designed for the problems existing in the management of the company’s new product development process,to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency,reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.Finally,the implementation process and safeguard measures for ME(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.’s new product development process optimization plan are proposed to ensure that the newly developed process can be put into place and used continuously.The optimized new product development process can not only serve as the standard process file of ME(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.,play a guiding role in the management of the company’s new product development process,but also have reference significance for the optimization of the new product development process of similar enterprises.
