The complexity of aircraft parts assembly requires designers to comprehensively analyze the assembly production environment,the layout of aircraft production building,the technological process of rudder manufacturing,the materials and instruments needed for production,man-hour efficiency and other aspects.This paper studies the application of digital twin technology in the production process of rudder plan.Aiming at the plane of airplane rudder,twin modeling and simulation of rudder production line are carried out by using the data collected from real airplane rudder production site.Using digital twin technology,through the use of digital measuring equipment to collect and process data,research data,the method of fast accurate reconstruction surface to obtain the rudder the rudder surface shape data,and carries on the planning and design of rudder production technology,using the measured data to construct a production environment,consistent with the rudder actual production status of twin rudder assembly process simulation and optimization,design for assembly process planning and assembly process operating personnel provide the feasibility scheme to solve the problem of the rudder parts assembly,used in the manufacturing and assembly,production line simulation operation,production scheduling and management,production line optimization.According to the collected key characteristic data,the virtual assembly based on measured data was carried out,the layout of digital twin production line of rudder was optimized,and the virtual assembly information platform of rudder surface was built.Combine the virtual model with real data,monitor the operation of production line in real time,diagnose the remote fault,realize the digitization and intelligentization of aircraft production process.
