This paper takes staff of No.7 Company of China Railway No.9 Engineering Group Co.,Ltd as an example,which is steadily developing as a construction enterprise.Performance management system is indispensable for its operation and development,but China’s economy has changed is developing at an astonishing speed,even surpassing that of Europe.Besides,the market competition has been upgraded to many aspests including talent,service,management and innovation.It is an all-round and cross-border competition.In addition,the outbreak of the novel coronavirus has had a huge impact on various industries,and the market pressure can not be underestimated.With its continuously expanding scale,the performance management system of China Railway No.9 Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.has arisen many problems,such as different departments and different work performance appraisal program have the same performance wage,not timely feedback performance appraisal results,incentive mechanism is not fair enough,performance results are not used,promotion channel is narrow.Urgently,these problems suggest that the performance management system needs to be optimized and improved,which will help the enterprise obtain higher profits and performances.By means of studying and analyzing the current situation of performance management of China Railway No.9 Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.,carefully.In addition,This paper consulted relevant literatures and theoretical datas,interviewed the workers.This paper surveyed,dismantled and analyzed five aspects of performance management.After that,combine with the domestic and foreign theoretical knowledge relating to performance management.The paper analyzed these influence factors and improved them gradually.Combining with the actual performance management system of the enterprise,this paper optimized the design by using efficient performance management examing ways and other excellent measures which can improve the performance management processes of China Railway No.9 Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.,constantly,so as to make the performance evaluation more accurate and fairer,and make the performance communication and feedback more timely and two-way.During the studying process,the paper contains different kinds ways.To make suer the implementation of the optimization scheme,this paper also had four safeguard measures which contains organization,system,culture and training.So that the staff and China Railway No.9 Engineering Group Co.,Ltd.have the same development goal,which will form a cohesive organization to fight side by side.So that the enterprise will improve its profit totally,and realize a thriving and high-quality enterprise strategy.Through studying of this paper rigorously and meticulously,it can also provide some references for domestic or foreign,large or small construction enterprises on optimizing designs of performance appraisal management for employees.
