| In recent years,we are getting more and more reliant on Mobile Communication Equipment.All sorts of Mobile Communication Equipments play an increasingly important role in people’s work and daily life.Via Wi-Fi,Mobile Communication Devices achieved to make interconnections with each other,and users’ demand for Wi-Fi service quality is also getting higher and higher.As the effect of UAV Antenna Array manifests in Mobile Communication,the optimization of UAV Antenna Array Communication attaches importance to more and more scholars.UVA Communication is different from general Wireless Communication,so we need to consider the feature of its convenience and carrying less energy.It develops a special Wireless Network Planning according to the UAV Antenna Array Mobile Communication.In response to these problems,this paper uses multi-objective differential evolution algorithm to find out the optimal position of UAV under the condition of UAV Antenna Array Mobile Communication and provides wireless service to the ground users in the shortest possible time.Based on the proposal drawn up,the network system is being modeled.Through continuous abstract transformation to models,the network planning problem is transformed to an optimal problem: In the case of ensuring the minimum time control and transmission time,obtain the minimum total time.In order to solve this NP-hard problem,this paper uses multi-objective differential evolution algorithm.As the UAV array SNR optimization problem is toocomplicated,when we over use multi-objective differential evolution algorithm,the solution cost will be too high.Surrogate model based on mathematics principle can replace the high precision simulation algorithm that is time-consuming and expensive.During the real simulated process of using surrogate model to replace complex products,it simplifies the system complexity effectively so as to lower the time cost.Therefore,this paper indicates Differential Evolution improved by the surrogate model to do simulation experiment and comparison analysis to the network planning problem abstracted from modeling.The result of simulation experiment indicates that the modified differential evolution algorithm goes very well with network planning problem referred.The overall time cost of network planning based on modified differential evolution algorithm is evidently lower than the one without using surrogate model scheme. |
