| With the deepening of the aging of our society, the medical bed has gradually become the key construction object of the medical industry. However, due to the late start of China’s medical bed industry, most of it relies on foreign technology, leading to the low degree of innovation in China’s medical bed, complex research and development steps, user demand analysis is not rigorous and other problems. In view of the above problems,in order to accelerate the pace of innovation and development of China’s medical bed industry, improve the relevant product design system. On the basis of in-depth study of domestic and foreign literature on extenics,TRIZ theory and other innovative methods and theories, this thesis applies them to the design and development of medical bed products to improve the product design process and standardize the product design procedures.First, obtain the contradictory needs of medical bed users.Based on the Kano model, the basic needs of the elderly users about the medical beds were obtained, and the expansion modeling of the user needs was carried out,and the contradictory needs were calculated by using the correlation function in the extenics.Secondly, solve the contradiction of medical bed users.Using TRIZ theory to classify the contradictory demands and analyze the matter field, and then according to the contradiction matrix,40 invention principles and 72 standard solutions, solve the user’s contradictory demands. Then, the product contradiction solution process was constructed, and the effectiveness of the process was verified by the TOPSIS method. Finally, according to the standard solution obtained by solving the contradictory needs, combined with the principles and methods of user experience, using Rhino,Keyshot and other 3D modeling software to draw the product design diagram, the design of a new medical bed to meet the needs of users.Through the above research, the thesis determines the contradiction solution process of the medical bed for the elderly, and provides a certain scientific guidance and theoretical basis for the design and development of other products. |
