Research On The Planning And Design Of Mountain Dwelling Pension Base In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

With the deepening of the aging of the population,China’s attention to the pension issue continues to improve,and in recent years,the rapid economic development,the improvement of life quality,Based on the analysis of the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly,this study focuses on the new pension mode of sojourn.On the basis of reading and analyzing relevant literature,this paper discusses the development and research trend of sojourn retirement at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the sojourn pension mode and summarizes the advantages of the mountain sojourn pension mode.Through the analysis of some representative mountain pension bases at home and abroad,the advantages that can be used for reference are discussed and used in the planning and design of the mountain s pension bases in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.This paper takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research scope,analyzes the present situation of the pension in the region,and finds that the proportion of sojourn pension institutions in the region is very small.Through the analysis of the current situation of the resident pension bases in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,as well as the investigation of the elderly needs of the target population,the current situation of the resident pension bases in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was analyzed.It is found that most sojourn pension bases in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region present the "one-sided"situation.This situation can be divided into two categories:one focuses on tourism experience while neglecting the needs of pension,leisure and entertainment,medical facilities and other aspects;the other focuses on residential functions and lacks pension and other functions.Mountain sojourn for the aged base can solve the above problems well,and can integrate the living function,tourism and leisure function and pension function of sojourn for the aged base.This paper further analyzes the suitability of mountain sojourn retirement base in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from three aspects:policy,natural resources and environment,and tourism resources.According to the current situation of the elderly care bases in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper puts forward the integrated planning strategy of the mountain elderly care bases in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and explains the planning strategy from three aspects of the functional layout and spatial structure.The first level is the integration of residential function area,pension function area and tourism and leisure function area.Second,at the level of retirement living space planning,the pension function is infiltrated into the residential function,and the explanation is made from the aspects of reasonable mountainous building layout and perfect service facilities for the elderly.Thirdly,the elderly tourism environment planning level,from different levels of recreation space and a variety of elderly activity space interpretation,Design activity space suitable for aging.According to the seasonal characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei mountainous area,the tourism pension industry is extended and integrated planning.Finally,the integration planning strategy of the old-age care base in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei mountainous area is put forward discussed above is applied and verified in practice through the planning and design of "Nanhongcheng mountain soding-for-pension base".And hope to be helpful in the planning and design of the future Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region’s soaring-care base.
