| With the increase of China’s population, the continuous development of economic level, and the steady advancement of urban-rural integration,it is necessary to shift the perspective to the key link of urban infrastructure resilience to achieve the combination of rapid development and high-quality development.Since 2014,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated coordinated development strategy has been officially listed as an important national development strategy, and the urban infrastructure resilience and overall regional resilience among the 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region promote each other and common development is an important aspect of improving the development quality of the entire Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The construction of an index analysis and evaluation system for urban infrastructure resilience in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is not only a supplement to urban resilience, but also a necessary way to implement regionalized development, which is of great practical significance. In this study, the exact concept of urban infrastructure resilience formed in the development is first determined, and it is reasonably classified, and the urban infrastructure is divided into five subsystems, specifically energy subsystem resilience, water supply and drainage subsystem resilience, transportation subsystem resilience, ecological subsystem resilience and communication subsystem resilience, and the resilience evaluation system of five subsystems is constructed, and finally the urban infrastructure resilience evaluation system in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is constructed based on its weight. In the research process, considering the subjective and objective evaluation of the combination weight benchmark selection, the AHP-entropy method was used to establish the TOPSIS evaluation model to analyze the development and changes of subsystems in 13 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2011 to 2020,and scientifically and systematically evaluate the resilience of infrastructure. When analyzing the research results, the shortcomings of urban infrastructure are considered, the indicators between different subsystems are compared and analyzed, and the spatial differences of urban infrastructure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are analyzed by using Arc GIS software and natural breakpoint method. In the end,the resilience of other subsystems in Beijing ranks first in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region except for ecosystem resilience,Tianjin relies on its deep economic foundation to closely catch up with the development of Beijing, and Hebei Province is less affected by the dividends of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and although the overall resilience level has improved, there is still a huge gap with Beijing and Tianjin.Among the five subsystem resilience analysis, the transportation subsystem resilience accounted for the highest proportion, the ecosystem resilience accounted for the smallest, and the score differentiation was not large, which did not have a great impact on the overall infrastructure resilience. When making suggestions on development countermeasures, fully consider the practical development issues such as weight, shortcomings, economic level, geographical advantages and disadvantages obtained in the study, and provide feasible suggestions for improving urban infrastructure development from multiple angles,so as to provide theoretical support and data reference for the early implementation of coordinated development and integration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. |
