Electric vehicle(EV)charging piles are the basic power supply facilities for new energy vehicles,and their construction speed has been greatly improved in recent years.However,compared with the high-speed growth of electric vehicles,the development of charging piles is still relatively slow.The lack of charging facilities and difficulty in charging have become important factors restricting the development of EV.Therefore,it’s of great significance to build convenient,safe and reliable charging facilities to promote the development of EV industry.Based on this,this paper focuses on the AC charging pile,and implements an AC charging pile control management system combining embedded technology,Mesh and 4G,which is composed of equipment terminals,control terminals and cloud management platforms.Firstly,this paper analyzes the working principle and functional requirements of AC charging pile system,then determines the implementation scheme of the system’s software and hardware.In terms of hardware design,the charging pile hardware is divided into master module,power module,interaction module,electricity metering module,communication module,control and guidance module,reservation navigation module and safety protection module in accordance with the specification mentioned in standard GB/T18487.1-2015 and by adopting modular design thinking.Each module is designed and implemented separately,and the master module completes the coordination among the modules to realize the remote control,power metering,real-time monitoring and other functions.In terms of software design,implement a WeChat mini program with the functions of scanning code charging,charging appointment,WeChat payment,data query,etc;and adopt the Spring Boot framework to build back-end services and LayuiAdmin template to build The front-end page of the cloud management platform,which is divided into three modules:charging pile management,transaction management and user management.Finally,the hardware and software of the system are tested.The results show that the circuit works normally,and the parameters meet the requirements of the national standard;The Mini program and management platform also run stably,the data can be displayed correctly,and the operation can be executed correctly too,which basically realizes the expected function.Therefore,the AC charging pile system implemented in this paper has a good application value.
