| At present,the state vigorously develops and promotes the assembly building.Assembly building has the advantages of energy saving,environmental pollution reduction and construction waste reduction,which is in line with the requirements of realizing "carbon neutralization" proposed in the report of our government,and is a new direction of the transformation and upgrading of China’s construction industry.First of all,this paper discusses the development and research background of prefabricated building,introduces the development process of prefabricated building,and analyzes the literature of prefabricated building at home and abroad,explains the research significance and importance of this paper.Then it introduces the basic knowledge of prefabricated architecture and compares the differences between prefabricated architecture and traditional architecture in detail;At the same time,it combs the risk assessment process of prefabricated building,and lists the conventional risk response measures.On this basis,using the methods of literature research and expert interview,five first-class indicators and twenty second-class risk factors of human,material,machine,pipe and technology are identified,and the risk evaluation index system of prefabricated building construction is established.Secondly,it introduces AHP method,entropy method,prospect theory,IVPFN and TOPSIS method in detail.AHP and entropy method are used to calculate the weight of each risk factor.The interval Pythagorean fuzzy TOPSIS method based on the improved prospect theory is used to evaluate the construction risk of prefabricated buildings.According to the linguistic grammar given by experts,it is transformed into IVPFN,and the weight and closeness of experts under various risk factors are calculated.Then the information given by experts is integrated by IVPFN weighted average operator,and the distance from positive and negative ideal scheme to corresponding attribute value and comprehensive loss income value are determined,and the evaluation result is obtained.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the corresponding risk factors are analyzed and the corresponding risk control measures are proposed to improve the risk control ability of the construction unit.Through the above paper work,it provides a new method for the future research on the risk assessment of prefabricated construction projects in the construction stage,and also provides valuable reference information for the implementation of similar prefabricated construction projects in the future. |
