| The construction industry is a pillar industry of China’s national economy,and it is of great significance to vigorously promote assembly-type construction and industrialise construction for the faster and better development of the construction industry.However,as the development of assembled buildings in China is still in its infancy,there are major differences between the assembled building construction method and cast-in-place construction as a construction method that is produced in advance in a factory and assembled on site.Safety accidents are frequent during building construction,and the vigorous promotion of assembly-type construction will inevitably bring new tests to the current safety production of construction projects.As one of the important links in the construction of assembly buildings,lifting operations face many potential risks to construction safety;and with a large amount of lifting operations,unsafe factors in the lifting construction phase are bound to hinder the development of assembly buildings in China,so it is important to study how to ensure the safety of the lifting construction phase of assembly buildings.This thesis identifies the influencing factors of lifting safety of assembled buildings,and analyses the interrelationship between the influencing factors,and explores suitable methods to construct an evaluation model of lifting safety of assembled buildings,the main research contents are as follows.Firstly,for the characteristics of assembly building construction,the literature analysis method is combined with the expert interview method to initially identify the relevant influencing factors for the study of this thesis.Invoking the idea of system failure theory,the influence factors are stratified in four aspects: social layer,system layer,technical layer and operational layer.The questionnaire was designed and the reliability and validity of the collected data was tested by SPSS to determine the credibility and reliability of each safety influencing factor at each level of assembly building hoisting construction.20 influencing factors were finally identified.The DEMATEL-ISM method is used to hierarchically classify the factors influencing the safety of lifting in assembly buildings and to derive root cause influencing factors,deep influencing factors,surface influencing factors,and the interactions between the factors.On this basis,a Pythagorean fuzzy TOPSIS evaluation model is established to analyse the key factors affecting the safety of lifting of assembled buildings,and the feasibility of the evaluation model is verified through example analysis.Based on the relevant conclusions drawn,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the influencing factors respectively,with a view to reducing the probability of safety accidents in the lifting stage of assembled buildings and ultimately promoting the more efficient and highquality development of assembled buildings in China. |
