Research On Business Model Of Wind Power Clean Heating Based On Game Theory

In recent years,the problem of air pollution has become increasingly serious.Some cities in northern China have frequent haze weather during the heating period in winter.At the same time,under the international commitments of "carbon peak"and "carbon neutrality",the renewable energy industry has ushered in new developments,which will lead to a new round of wind and light abandonment.In order to effectively solve the above two problems,wind power heating projects are vigorously promoted in China,so as to achieve the goal of clean heating transformation at the same time of wind energy consumption.However,wind power heating projects usually have relatively large investments and unclear returns,which are severely hindered in commercialization.With the development of the electricity market reform,the introduction of the renewable energy quota system and the establishment of the carbon trading market,more and more market players have the opportunity to participate in wind power heating projects.It is necessary to explore the business model of wind power clean heating projects under the new situation.This paper first investigates the types and working principles of common electric heating equipment,and introduces the characteristics and applicable scenarios of centralized and decentralized electric heating heating methods.On this basis,combined with the analysis of wind power output characteristics,the centralized regenerative electric heating is selected as the development mode of wind power clean heating.In order to describe the user’s heat load demand more precisely and better meet the commercial and profitability characteristics of the business model,considering the user’s heating comfort and building thermal characteristics is proposed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the four elements of the business model of the wind power clean heating project,which are related subjects,value embodiment,business environment and business process.The water regenerative electric boiler is determined as the electric heating equipment under the development mode of centralized regenerative electric heating.The wind farm and heating users are selected as the main investors of the project,and the investment mode is a combination of special sole proprietorship mode and outsourcing operation and maintenance mode.The business model of wind power clean heating project considering direct power purchase transaction mode and China Certified Emission Reduction(CCER)transaction income is proposed.Finally,the income model of participants in the business model is established.A decision-making model of wind power heating business model based on non cooperative game is proposed,which can realize capacity allocation of heat storage devices and pricing of direct purchase electricity price.Net present value,payback period and internal rate of return are selected as the evaluation indexes of business model profitability.The feasibility and profitability of the business model proposed in this paper are analyzed with practical examples,and the influence of CCER price on the profitability of the business model of wind power clean heating project in the future development of carbon trading market is explored.The conclusions can provide theoretical support and data reference for the follow-up practical projects.
