| The construction industry is the main industry to alleviate the pressure of the employment population,and also the mainstay of China’s rapid economic development.And it is more necessary to actively seek the development path of green and sustainable construction projects.But the development of green building needs a lot of new materials,new technology support,need more human,material,financial input,in order to promote the further development of green building,then all aspects also need to invest attention.Therefore,cost management personnel need to scientifically and reasonably control the project cost,and carry out cost management research with a definite aim,which has become one of the hot topics concerned by all parties.In this thesis,the whole process of green building project is studied.In order to ensure more comprehensive research results,to explore the factors that affect the cost of each stage.In addition,to be more objective many scientific methods,such as entropy weight method,are introduced to assist the research,and the whole process cost management evaluation system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed,and take the YJXC engineering project as an example for empirical analysis,the main research results are as follows:(1)Through a large number of literature review at home and abroad,it is found that most domestic and foreign scholars focus on the impact of a certain stage on cost management.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the whole-process cost management.(2)Because the questionnaire survey method is greatly affected by the main factors,this paper uses the entropy weight method to avoid subjectivity when assigning weight.(3)According to the contents of decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion stage of green building project,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward relevant measures.(4)Combined with the empirical analysis of yjxc project,this paper explores many links of this subject,and points out that the project cost is affected by many links such as decision-making and design to a large extent,and constructs the evaluation index system of the whole process cost management of green building project.According to the research results: the decision-making stage is the highest influencing factor of the whole process cost of YJXC project,and other links also have a significant impact on the project cost.In the decision-making stage,the construction area and construction site have the highest impact on the cost of YJXC project;in the design stage,the general layout design has the highest impact on the cost of YJXC project;in the bidding stage,the level of the compiler has the highest impact on the cost of YJXC project;in the construction stage,the construction site management materials have the highest impact on the cost of YJXC project;in the completion stage,the most influential factor of YJXC project cost is factory claim.In this regard,the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical basis for the smooth development of this subject from the concept establishment to the use of information technology,and constructive suggestions for future development are put forward by combing the research results. |
