| Project scheduling management is one of the key contents of project managements.Whether there is a reasonable schedule and effective schedule control measures determines the success of the project.The theme of this paper are how to use appropriate schedule management methods optimize the project process,provide rationalization suggestion for project progress management,in order to make the project completed on time with good quality and in a reasonable budget.The optimizing process can be used a reference case for other similar projects.Based on the H group OA standardization project,the characteristics of this project was analyzed.It was started from the theory and method of project schedule management.Firstly,by optimizing the work breakdown structure(WBS),the critical path method(CPM)and the plan review technique(PERT)were used to determine and analyze the optimal project critical path,so as to optimize the project schedule planning.Then,in order to solve the problems in project schedule management,regular report,milestone tracking,Gantt chart tracking and control,perfect demand management mechanism,deviation analysis and timely correction were used to strengthen project schedule control.A set of suitable project schedule management system was explored for H group OA standardization project,so as to ensure project completed on time,quality.It can provide a reference for other project schedule management,in the case of improving the level of the project schedule management. |
