| With the continuous development of building industrialization, prefabricated buildings are more and more valued by the people, and the state’s support is also increasing. In order to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, the cost comparison between prefabricated buildings and cast-in-situ buildings is made.Through analysis,it can be seen that the logistics cost alone accounts for more than 10%of the various costs.Under the three-dimensional logistics cost structure, the optimization space for operating costs is the largest. The main reason is that the distribution of building components has always lacked scientific management and has not been given much attention. The optimization of operating costs for general logistics involves algorithmic models, but the special properties of prefabricated building PC components cause their distribution to be different from that of general industrialized logistics,so there is less research on the application of algorithmic models in engineering management. Therefore, combining logistics costs and engineering examples, studying the distribution cost optimization of prefabricated building PC components from the perspective of theoretical application has certain theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the development of prefabricated buildings.(1)This article starts from the actual problems, from the perspective of prefabricated construction enterprises, investigates the different PC component management processes and the overall operating structure through text analysis and field inspection methods, and analyzes the distribution characteristics of prefabricated construction PC components during transportation.Aiming at the unique distribution process and characteristics of PC components,a matching scheduling theory is introduced to lay the foundation for the establishment of the model.(2)Combining the cost management and control system of modern logistics with the optimization principles, through the analysis of the distribution cost composition and influencing factors, the optimization directions of strategy, operation and operation are determined respectively. The feature code is extracted according to the demand analysis, and a distribution cost optimization system for PC components is established.(3)The distribution of PC components is divided into two stages of distribution and distribution for optimization research.According to the needs of component diversity, the optimization is divided into loading optimization and path optimization, and a reasonable mathematical model is established by combining the extracted feature coding.(4)Combining the mathematical model and making full use of the constructive coding characteristics of the ant colony algorithm and the randomness of the genetic algorithm, the optimization algorithm was designed.A control group test algorithm is set to run under different environments, and the results are good.(5)Finally,the optimization model is applied to the case for simulation verification, which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization and draws the optimization conclusion. Then the conclusion is analyzed and prospected, which provides a certain theoretical basis and reference basis for the distribution cost management of prefabricated building PC components. |
