Research On Investment Risk Management Of Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Construction Under EPC Mode

The construction of photovoltaic power generation project plays a positive role in alleviating the tense energy supply and demand situation,adjusting and optimizing the energy utilization structure,and realizing the double carbon target.In addition,the construction of photovoltaic power generation projects can also bring abundant economic benefits and long-term social benefits to the local and national communities.This paper selects the photovoltaic power generation project as the research object,takes the construction investment risk management as the research topic,and focuses on the project owner’s risk management research.Now,under the policy guidance and capital support,the photovoltaic industry has been booming,and the construction projects of photovoltaic power generation projects are also increasing.At the same time,the theoretical research and development application of EPC mode also provides necessary support for the project construction in this field.In addition,in the construction project management,risk management,as an important work content,plays a prominent role in the realization of the established objectives and expected benefits of the project.This article through to in the whole life cycle of engineering project construction phase,and the potential risk of engineering project construction investment or effect of the volatile index factors in system comprehensive risk identification of scientific and standardized assessment and control effect evaluation,and improve the decision-making level of photovoltaic power generation project construction and income level,and it is of guiding significance to the risk management of photovoltaic power generation project construction investment.Through literature analysis,model construction and case study,this paper analyzes and studies risk identification and evaluation and control effect evaluation,and puts forward suggestions on risk management strategies based on relevant results and conclusions.So as to carry out and complete the project research on the construction investment risk management of photovoltaic power generation project under the EPC mode,the main work contents are as follows:(1)From the perspective of five stages of the whole life cycle of photovoltaic power generation project under EPC mode,namely,project planning,scheme design,bidding and procurement,construction and construction,and completion acceptance,this paper uses interpretative structural model and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to identify and evaluate the influencing factors of potential risks of construction investment.And through the empirical case,analyze and verify the related index factors.(2)Based on the research results of risk identification and assessment of investment in photovoltaic power generation project construction under EPC mode of construction model and case analysis,this paper uses the related theories of maturity analysis to construct the risk control evaluation index system,and carries out evaluation research on the effect of risk control of engineering projects with empirical cases.(3)Based on the relevant results and conclusions of risk identification and assessment and control effect evaluation,this paper draws on the theoretical research and key analysis related to risk management of construction projects and construction investment,and combines with empirical cases;Suggestions on investment risk management of PV project construction under EPC mode are put forward.For EPC mode for the construction of the photovoltaic power generation project investment risk management,this article mainly from two aspects of factors recognition evaluation and control level of evaluation research work,comb out the risk factors of attention and measures,and puts forward relevant policy Suggestions based on this,at the same time,it provides basis and reference for the risk management of similar projects in the future.
