| Guangdong power grid is located in the region with high incidence of natural disasters such as typhoons,low temperature rain,snow and freezing,etc.,which is vulnerable to natural disasters and has a significant impact on the normal production and living order of people.Therefore,there is an increasingly urgent need for disaster prevention and response.In recent years,energy storage,as an imporant way of electric energy storage,has a fast response speed and can flexibly configure power and capacity according to different requirements,which plays an important role in the safe operation of power system.In order to further explore the application of energy storage technology to improve the disaster resistance ability of the minimum guaranteed power grid,this paper studies the configuration scheme and control strategy of energy storage under typical application scenarios,and analyzes the feasibility and effect of the practical engineering application scheme of energy storage in the disaster resistance operation of the minimum guaranteed power grid through simulation.Firstly,three typical application scenarios of energy storage in minimum guaranteed power grid are proposed.The energy storage system model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform,the basic control strategy of energy storage is explored,and the equivalent model of minimum guaranteed power grid is established.Secondly,this paper studies the application of energy storage substation in the city center to protect important users from power failure.The wiring mode of energy storage in key stations is selected,and the configuration method of energy storage power capacity is given.According to the analysis of network load during typhoon,the disaster resistant operation strategy of energy storage power station is determined.According to the requirements of important users for power supply quality,the passive detection method is used to realize the islanding detection of fault in energy storage power station during the disaster.The smooth switching control of voltage and current in the process of grid connection to islanding and islanding to grid connection is studied in particular.The compensation algorithm of grid connection to islanding and the pre-synchronization algorithm of islanding switching to grid connection are proposed.Taking Shanwei minimum guaranteed power grid as an example,grid structure and the necessity of energy storage configuration is analyzed,and the energy storage configuration scheme is determined.The feasibility of the configuration scheme and operation strategy of energy storage is verified through simulation,which provides a reference for the construction of energy storage power station on the grid side.Then,based on the analysis of the problems faced by the traditional grid black start,it is selected to configure large capacity energy storage in gas-fired power plants to assist the black start of the grid,and two black start modes are provided.Aiming at the black start mode of gas-fired power plant assisted by energy storage,a comprehensive control strategy of energy storage based on droop voltage regulation control and V/f control is proposed.Depending on the control of the key links of black start,such as the stable establishment of auxiliary bus voltage,the start-up of large-capacity auxiliary machines and the charging of no-load transformers and transmission lines,a series of problems in the process of traditional black start would be improved.Taking Zhuhai minimum guaranteed power grid as an example,the necessity of installing energy storage for gas-fired power plants is analyzed.Compared with the black start of gas-fired power plant assisted by diesel generator through simulation,the technical advantages of the black start of gas-fired power plant assisted by energy storage are verified.Finally,the necessity of building an energy storage power station in a county of Leizhou Peninsula,Guangdong Province,which is rich in wind and solar resources,is analyzed,and the scheme of building a wind-solar-energy storage system to maintain urban load power supply is adopted.The energy storage configuration capacity is determined,and the control strategy of virtual synchronous generator based on adaptive inertia is proposed.The post disaster recovery operation process and the transient process under wind speed and load disturbance are simulated.The results show that the system can operate stably and safely,which has superior transient frequency response effect. |
