| Color steel buildings refers to the building with color steel sandwich board as the main material.In recent years,influenced by urbanization,urban transformation and upgrading as well as real estate demolition and other factors,a large number of color steel buildings have been produced in urban plots such as urban villages,urban-rural junction,urban fringe and various industrial parks,mainly used for temporary residences,construction sheds,factory workshops,logistics warehouses and so on.Through satellite image comparison and field investigation,it is shown that there are a large number of large colored steel buildings in the industrial parks built or under construction in the key cities of Northwest China in recent years,with obvious cluster characteristics.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the spatiotemporal evolution relationship between large colored steel buildings and industrial parks.At present,researches on industrial parks mostly rely on statistical data for analysis,or make spatial analysis on the development status of a single or a certain type of industrial parks.The main reason lies in the lack of objective data to study the spatial-temporal pattern evolution of industrial parks from the spatial aspect.In the high-spatial resolution satellite image,the color steel buildings directly represent the location,spatial distribution,clustering characteristics,scale and geographical environment of the industrial park.In view of this,this paper took Yinchuan City as the research area,took 4-year Google Earth image as the data source,combined with relevant statistical data,used GIS spatial analysis method to study the spatialtemporal evolution law of color steel buildings and industrial parks,and used the method of turning radius to study the spatial coupling relationship between color buildings and industrial parks.The influencing factors of its spatial distribution were explored by using the geodetector model.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of colored steel buildings in Yinchuan City are analyzedFirstly,the evolution trend of colored steel building in Yinchuan City was studied from the macro scale.Secondly,the paper studies the evolution process of the spatial distribution of color steel buildings,including the density change of color steel buildings,the degree of spatial agglomeration of color steel buildings,etc.Finally,the temporal and spatial equilibrium evolution characteristics of color steel buildings are quantitatively evaluated.It is found that the color steel buildings in Yinchuan belong to the agglomerated distribution and the spatial distribution is not balanced.Generally,they are distributed in the direction of "northwest to southeast",and the scope is expanding year by year,gradually forming four core agglomeration areas and forming several secondary hot spots.(2)The spatial-temporal evolution of industrial parks in Yinchuan City was studiedThe spatiotemporal evolution law of industrial parks in Yinchuan City was studied from two aspects:the number of industrial parks and the evolution process of spatial distribution.On the one hand,it is found that the growth rate of different types of industrial parks is significantly different,and the growth rate of manufacturing and commercial-run industrial parks is relatively significant.On the other hand,the industrial park presents a condensed distribution in the direction of"northwest to southeast",and changes from"single core"to"multi-core".The agglomeration range and scale were different in different years,and the local spatial agglomeration gradually increased.(3)The coupling relationship between color steel buildings and industrial parks in Yinchuan City is studiedOn the basis of the previous two steps,the global coupling characteristics and local coupling characteristics of color steel buildings and industrial parks are studied,and the influencing factors of the spatial distribution of color steel buildings are explored.The results show that in the global coupling level,the spatial distribution direction and gravity shift trend of color steel buildings and industrial parks are roughly the same,and the hot agglomeration areas of color steel buildings and industrial parks are highly overlapping.At the local coupling level,the industries in the high coupling zone are mostly manufacturing,while the industries in the low coupling zone are mostly high-tech industries.In addition,six indicators were selected and the explanatory power of the six indicators was explored with the help of geographic detector.It was found that the type of industrial park and land use type had a positive and significant influence on the spatial distribution of the color steel buildings.In addition,road network density and nighttime light are also the main influencing factors.Further interactive detection shows that the combined effect of any two factors is generally higher than that of a single factor. |
