Study On The Evaluation Of Green Degree Of Rural Highway In Cold And Arid Areas

As the focus of China’s infrastructure construction from speed to quality,The idea of "green and sustainable" is gradually paid attention to by people.The country has put forward the strategic goals of "green highway" and "four good rural roads" one after another.It has become an inevitable trend to build sustainable green rural roads nationwide.As an important infrastructure,rural roads will have an impact on the ecological environment along the whole process.At the same time,the ecological environment in the cold and arid areas in Northwest China is fragile,so it is more necessary to actively promote green rural roads.Study of road green degree evaluation at present,the research content are mainly concentrated in the construction phase,the object of study mainly for high-grade highway,the study area are mainly in the east,as a result,according to the regional characteristics of cold arid area,build a set of suitable for northwest cold the rural road green degree evaluation system of arid area,for green rural highway career development has a certain academic value and application prospect.This paper takes the overall development of green rural roads as the research background,defines the research scope by analyzing the development status and characteristics of rural roads,and analyzing and summarizing various research achievements on green rural road,the research direction is determined.The paper analyzes the influence of regional conditions on the implementation of green rural roads in cold and arid areas,and extracts the connotation of green rural roads in cold and arid areas.From "evaluation","evaluation standard","evaluation method" three aspects,the theory of sustainable development theory,the whole life cycle and integrated system theory and related basic theory,summarizes the evaluation theory of green road,by introducing a concept of "green degree",established the cold arid region rural road green degree evaluation of the overall train of thought and theoretical basis.According to the principle and construction method the construction of evaluation index,based on the national industry standard,combined with the expert opinion,established in order to "green concept,ecological environmental protection,resource conservation,construction quality,improve service" five aspects of cold arid region rural road green degree evaluation index system,the evaluation index system consists of the five level,23 secondary evaluation index.By establishing the analytic hierarchy model,the weight of each evaluation index is calculated and the evaluation index system is improved.Based on the in-depth analysis of the green highway evaluation system at home and abroad,the green evaluation grade of rural roads in cold and arid areas is divided into "G1(dark green),G2(green),G3(light green)and G4(non-green)",and the grading standard of each evaluation index is given.After analyzing and comparing the common evaluation methods,the grey cluster evaluation method was used to construct the green degree evaluation model of rural roads in cold and arid areas,which realized the green degree evaluation of rural roads in cold and arid areas.In order to verify the evaluation model,the typical rural road "Tonggu Naoer to Eer Khesha Rural Road" in cold and arid areas was selected as the model verification example in this paper.The green degree of the project was evaluated,and the evaluation result was concluded as "G2(green)".After the analysis of the evaluation results,measures and suggestions were given.
