| Automobile industry,as the benchmark industry of China’s manufacturing industry,is the pillar industry of the national economy.The degree of automobile industry development marks the maturity of the national industrial level.Compared to developed countries,the development level of China’s independent brand automobile industry is relatively backward.Limited by technology,equipment,management mode and other factors,especially the frequent automobile quality problems in recent years,consumers have insufficient recognition of independent brand automobile and quality.It’ll not only affect automobile industry,national economic development,but also affect personal safety of consumers and social harmony.In addition,the "Made in China 2025" strategy document issued by the State Council,also took Quality as the basic strategic guideline.Therefore,automobile enterprises should keep improving product quality,strengthening quality risk awareness,and increasing quality management ability.Nowadays,the external and internal environment changes and risks are everywhere.It is urgent to integrate risk management into enterprise quality management.This article takes PT company,which majoring designing and manufacturing automobile powertrain,as the research object.Based on risk thinking and Balanced Score Card,it divided the factors that affect the enterprise quality development into 4 modules: finance,customer,process and growth,according to enterprise strategy.Utilizing the risk matrix established by the multi-dimensional risk index evaluation,to determine 20 process performance indexes,representing 20 influencing factors.Then,to construct the quality management process performance evaluation system of PT company,and to determine the weight of each index with Analytic Hierarchy Process.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and expert scoring method were used to calculate and verify the influence degree of the 4 modules and process performance indexes on enterprise quality management.The descending order of severity was: Finance> Customer> Process> Growth.The influence degree of evaluation system and key process performance index on enterprise quality management is 1.903,which is between significant influence and large influence.It means the impact is great.The evaluation system conforms to the PDCA cycle and process management principles.Risk thinking is integrated into the planning,execution,implementation and control of quality management system,through quantitative risk building model.By evaluating and identifying the key risk process,the enterprise regularly monitors the process performance indexes,and formulates effective risk response measures to ensure the risks control,so as to realize the closed-loop control and continuous improvement of enterprise quality risk management.This article has great significance,that providing a feasible reference for the effective operation of quality management system in manufacturing enterprises. |
