Design Of Pet Aviation Service System

With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the pet industry has developed rapidly,With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the pet industry has developed rapidly,and more people choose to keep pets to improve their way of life and improve their quality of life.Life will inevitably encounter holiday family visits,travel or sick hospitalization and other special circumstances need to place pets,among which the most appropriate and effective way of placement is air consignment,to achieve efficient cross-regional transport and transportation.However,due to the late start and slow development of pet aviation service in China,the pet aviation service industry in China is backward,which makes pets vulnerable in air consignment.It reduces customer satisfaction with airlines and delays the development of pet aviation service industry in China.At home and abroad,the research on pet aviation industry service and academic research is limited to the study of shipping regulations and disputes between customers and airlines,and there is little academic achievement in using design to study pet aviation service system.Therefore,this paper will improve the existing pet aviation service through design research,and improve the satisfaction of users in experiencing pet aviation service.First,through the literature and materials of the research on pet aviation service at home and abroad,the paper finds out the deficiency of pet aviation service.Will improve the existing pet aviation services and improve the user experience based on pet aviation box and mobile end APP design.Based on this,the purpose,significance,content,method and organizational structure of this paper are determined.Second,by showing the theoretical basis and typical case analysis of this paper,the framework of the research process is determined.Third,in the aspect of user research,the purpose and significance of user research are defined first,and the urgency and need of this paper are confirmed by questionnaire survey.Fourth,using the positive creation method and combining with the service design,through analyzing the customer course,defining the customer course negatively,turning the customer behavior binary,establishing the user’s "desire model ",integrating the existing suitable technical resources and putting forward the innovative idea of service design,it provides the improvement basis for the APP of pet air box and mobile end.Fifth,integrate the existing feasible technical resources,design the APP to meet the needs of users in the pet aviation service process and build the pet aviation box.Sixth,establish the pet air box model.Seventh,draw the service blueprint of the improved pet aviation service system.Eighth,the feasibility test of pet air box and APP.Based on literature analysis,user research,service design and the application of positive creation methods,this paper successfully constructs software(APP)and hardware(pet air box)to meet the needs of users in pet air logistics transportation service(pet air box).This is not only helpful to improve the service level of pet transportation of airlines,to ensure the trust and loyalty of users to airlines,but also to promote the progress of pet transportation industry in China,and also to contribute to the development of economic level in China.
