As China vigorously promotes infrastructure construction,the domestic infrastructure is becoming more and more perfect,and the number of construction enterprises is increasing.In this case,the competition among construction enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and the project profit is also gradually declining.Therefore,in order to ensure the profit level of each construction project,on the premise of ensuring the quality and progress of the project,The construction cost of the project must be reduced.Since the material cost in the project accounts for about 60% of the total construction cost,material procurement can be used as one of the entry points to ensure the profit level of the project.In the traditional project material purchase,because the procurement behavior is too extensive,it is impossible to manage efficiently in the daily purchasing behavior of the project.Therefore,in order to improve the profit level and improve the procurement efficiency,this paper studies the purchasing management behavior by introducing the relevant theories of supply chain.According to the analysis of the previous literature,it is found that experts and scholars pay more attention to the application of supply chain concept at the company level,and there is less research on the procurement of engineering construction projects.Therefore,this paper focuses on the procurement of construction projects,and creatively applies the supply chain theory.In view of the problems in the procurement of construction projects,such as the unclear classification of materials,arbitrary selection of suppliers,improper timing of procurement,and the unreasonable determination of the procurement quantity of materials in each period,on the premise of fully considering the procurement characteristics of construction projects,this paper puts forward some suggestions,This paper constructs a procurement management model for construction project,which provides reference for improving procurement efficiency and reducing procurement cost.Firstly,the classification model of purchased materials is constructed based on Kraljic matrix.In the early stage,the material classification evaluation index is determined according to the characteristics of the construction industry.Based on the Kraljic matrix,the evaluation index considering the supply risk and material importance is established,and then the weight of the evaluation index is obtained by using the combination weighting method;The ideal expert score is determined by mathematical operation.Combined with the weight of evaluation index,the material importance parameter and risk parameter are obtained,and the classification of materials in Kraljic matrix is determined by using the two parameters.Secondly,the supplier selection model is established,the supplier evaluation index is determined by the establishment of the project internal procurement team,the supplier evaluates from different angles,the evaluation value is treated by precise weighting method,and then the weight is used to determine the supplier’s order by the complex scale evaluation method,which provides the basis for the supplier’s choice.Third,build the purchase lead time model,and establish the material purchase lead time model which includes the holding cost and the penalty cost by mathematical method,according to which a reasonable purchase lead time can be obtained,which can provide theoretical basis for the concrete implementation of construction procurement.The calculation of the supply of material procurement,using the inventory calculation formula,offsets the progress curve of the project,draws the material supply curve containing safety stocks,and determines the quantity of materials purchased in each period.The fifth example analysis,through a housing construction project case in Changsha to test the various parts,to verify its feasibility.
