Research On The Practice Of Rural Settlements Environment Improvement

The improvement of rural living environment is not only an important part of rural revitalization,but also a carrier directly related to the quality of life of rural people.With the growth of social and economic level,it is an important social proposition to comprehensively improve the rural living environment,improve the quality of life of villagers,promote the stable and healthy development of rural areas,and create a good atmosphere for the whole people to share the fruits of social development.By using the methods of literature review,comparative analysis and field investigation,this paper systematically studies the theory and practice of rural residential environment renovation.Starting from the analysis of the elements and cultural background of traditional rural living environment,aiming at the main problems existing in the current rural society,this paper extends the political requirements and social demands of the government led comprehensive rural environment improvement.Taking the rural comprehensive renovation project of Changhua town in Lin’an District of Hangzhou as the research object,the paper analyzes the rural roads,fences,ditches,village nodes from the perspective of participants The exploration of renovation construction provides work ideas and example mode for rural environmental remediation work,summarizes and puts forward relevant conclusions such as the purpose and goal of the whole area renovation.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Bottom line thinking and fair sharing are the most basic governance strategies for the whole area renovation of rural environment.In the government led environmental remediation,decision makers should ensure the bottom line of rural production,life,ecological governance and development,and then pursue the high line of development.(2)Clean and orderly rural environment is the bottom line requirement and basic goal of rural environmental renovation.Reasonable layout,orderly space and efficient use of rural environmental space is a kind of macro external embodiment of rural culture,and it also provides the environmental basis for villagers to live and work.(3)The renovation of rural micro environment is the permanent work content of Rural Revitalization.The construction of Rural Micro landscape,such as roads,lakes,production and living nodes,demolition and consolidation of open space,is an important starting point for the overall renovation of rural environment,and is also the key to systematically improve the rural space environment and enhance the villagers’ sense of happiness.(4)Cultural self-confidence is the key to protect rural culture and protect rural environment.The most difficult points in rural governance are the gap between urban and rural social development,villagers’ disapproval of rural culture,inferiority and self contempt of rural cultural psychology.It is particularly important to establish the whole society’s identity of rural culture from the bottom line of environmental improvement.
