| The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of old revolutionary areas,and clearly stated in the National Red Tourism Development Plan Outline(2016~2020)that red tourism should play an important role in poverty alleviation.The Opinions on Supporting the Revitalization and Development of Old Revolutionary Areas in the New Era issued by the State Council in 2021 clearly stated that the focus is on supporting people in the old areas to lead a happier and more prosperous life in the new stage of historical development.It is necessary to scientifically and rationally plan the layout and construction of the railway network to promote the integration of the development of the old area and the development of the regional economy.The Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Revolutionary Old Region is rich in red tourism resources,but the transportation is inconvenient,especially the transportation network system in the Baiyin-Pingliang area is not perfect.The red tourism resources have not been well developed and utilized,which restricts the economic development of the old district.It is particularly necessary to study the Baiyin-Pingliang railway plan from the perspective of promoting the development of the red tourism industry,and to inherit and carry forward the spirit of the Long March through the construction of the road network,and to promote the development of the red tourism.It is particularly necessary to drive the development of the old district with strong spiritual power.To this end,the thesis mainly completes the tasks below:(1)Determination of comprehensive evaluation indicators for railway line selection taking into account the development of red tourism resourcesAiming at the problem that the development of a large number of red tourism resources in the old revolutionary area is restricted due to inconvenient transportation,the characteristics of red tourist attractions and the problems faced in railway construction projects are studied,combined with the principle of modern railway orientation,and a railway that takes into account the development of red tourism resources is established.The principle of route selection is to establish a comprehensive evaluation index for the route sel ection of the red railway in consideration of the principles of land conservation and utilization,red tourism development,improved accessibility between surrounding cities and tourist attractions,and perfect transportation network.(2)Based on GIS construction of spatial geographic database for railway route selection in Baiyin-Pingliang regionCollect the data on the physical geography,social economy,population and red tourism resources of Baiyin-Pingliang region,use GIS tools to screen,process and store the data,use Arc GIS software to build the Baiyin-Pingliang regional railway line selection spatial geographic database,and process it well Import the data into the database.(3)Primary selection of route selection plan based on cost pathIn the Baiyin-Pingliang regional railway line selection spatial geographic database,the10 determined comprehensive evaluation indicators for red railway line selection,such as road,elevation,and land use,are processed by the European distance tool in the GIS software.According to the railway construction specifications,the processed influencing factors are reclassified and the cost is assigned to determine the suitable railway construction area.Using the analytic hierarchy process,calculate the weight of each factor,perform overlay analysis in Arc GIS software,and construct a multi-factor comprehensive cost data set.Using tools such as cost distance in GIS software,calculate the route direction between the nodes of the city to be selected,and finally construct two different directions: Scheme I Baiyin-Huining-Zhuanglang-Pingliang and Scheme II Baiyin-Huining-Longde-Pingliang Railway route selection plan.(4)Evaluation of multiple routes based on the accessibility of red tourist attractionsUsing accessibility as an evaluation index for red railway route selection schemes,calculate the average travel time and daily accessibility between red tourist attractions after different line schemes are completed.Through calculation,it can be found that the average travel time between red tourist attractions in Option II is shorter than that in Option I,and there are more red tourist attractions in a day trip.In the end,Option II is selected as the optimal route.The route selection of the Baiyin-Pingliang Red Railway will not only improve the transportation network of the old revolutionary area,but also connect with the surrounding railways to form the Long March scenic spot in Liupan Mountain,the former site of the Red Army Huining Division.The red tourism circle spreads to the surrounding red scenic spots and promotes tourism in the old revolutionary area.economic development. |
