| According to the "Medium and Long-term railway network planning",it is necessary to improve the national railway network with wide coverage and accelerate the construction of railway, especially in the central and western regions of China. It will be basically expected to achieve the goal that high-speed rail connectivity in provincial capitals, rapid access to prefectures level cities, and basic coverage of counties by 2030.The construction of the Dingxi-Pingliang-Qingyang Railway is an urgent need to fill the gap in regional railway construction and drive economic development along the railway line. There are numerous red education bases along the route, and in order to maximize the role of red patriotism education, the supporting role of red education in the process of line scheme selection has become an important factor in scheme decision. Therefore,it is necessary to study the optimization method for the route selection scheme of Dingxi-Pingliang-Qingyang Railway considering the concept of red development, and fully leverage the social and economic benefits of railway construction. To this end,the thesis mainly completes the tasks below:(1)Build a multi-source integrated geographic information database for the research area based on GIS,analyze the development of regions along the route.Collect relevant information along the route widely, and build a multi-source integrated geographic information database for the research area based on GIS.With the support of geographic information database, this paper analyzes the basic information such as physical geography, social economy, population, traffic network and red patriotism education base along the railway, and the restrictive factors that limit the development of regional road network are sought.Study the coupling relationship between road network construction and regional socio-economic development, and analyzes the urgency of regional development demand for road network construction. Finally, three feasible line schemes are obtained by using the node importance method.(2)Construct the decision-making index system of railway line scheme considering the red development concept.Considering the construction characteristics of Ding-Ping-Qing Railway fully,a railway route selection decision-making index system has been established to take into account the concept of "red development" from four aspects: technical feasibility, economic rationality, sustainable development, and driving the development of the "red economy." Qualitative indices for each route option have been quantitatively calculated by utilizing a multi-source integrated geographic information database and techniques such as GIS spatial analysis and data transformation. The comprehensive variable weight hierarchical analysis theory is introduced to assign subjective and objective weights to each index.(3)Study on the construction and application method of red railway route selection model based on TOPSIS Method improved by Grey Relational Analysis. The advantages and disadvantages of multi-attribute decision-making theory are studied in this paper, and the decision-making model of red railway line scheme based on grey relational improved TOPSIS method is constructed. The effectiveness and applicability of the model are verified by applying it to engineering case data, which resulted in the optimal railway route option.(4)Study on the coupling effect between railway route options and the development of the “red economy.”By introducing the indicators of traffic accessibility and internal accessibility of scenic spots, the traffic accessibility of red tourist attractions with the development of road network is quantitatively analyzed and qualitatively expressed. The study found that by building the railway according to Scheme I,the accessibility indicators show the most significant improvement.Additionally,a function model is developed to analyze the relationship between the internal accessibility of scenic spots and regional economic development. This analysis investigates the adaptability of railway route options to economic development, and the results show that building a railway with a design speed of 160 km/h according to Scheme I can meet regional economic development needs. As such, this study provides a basis for making decisions about railway route options and technology standards. |
