Digital Technology Empowers Equipment Manufacturing In Zhejiang Province Research On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

In the past two years,with the normalization of the new crown epidemic and the return plan of advanced manufacturing in developed countries,my country’s equipment manufacturing industry is facing dual pressures,namely the pressure of technological blockade from developed countries and the pressure of industrial transfer from developing countries.my country is at an important stage of industrial structure adjustment,and needs to adapt to the requirements of the new normal of economic development,accelerate the pace of industrial structure adjustment,and strive to achieve the grand goal of economic transformation and upgrading.With the rise of new-generation digital technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence,the integration with traditional industries is triggering new industrial changes.The integration of digital technology and equipment manufacturing is a key opportunity for my country’s manufacturing industry to "overtake on a curve" It has become an important starting point for the upgrading of the industrial structure of my country’s equipment manufacturing industry.This article takes the digital technology to empower Zhejiang’s equipment manufacturing industry as the main line,and uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and principal component analysis(PCA)to rationalize and advance the development status of Zhejiang’s industrial structure and the level of comprehensive digital development in Zhejiang.The calculations are carried out and the conclusion is reached that the structural rationalization and advancement level of Zhejiang’s equipment manufacturing industry is showing an upward trend on the whole,but after 2013,the level of rationalization and advancement has declined in stages;the level of comprehensive digital development It is showing an upward trend year by year,but the speed has slowed down.Through the analysis of the current situation of Zhejiang’s equipment manufacturing industry structure,it is found that its industrial structure has problems such as low digital technology application rate,low industrial concentration,and insufficient independent innovation and R&D investment.Secondly,after in-depth research on Schumpeter’s innovation theory,value chain theory,and industrial structure upgrading theory,he discovered the motivation and mechanism of the industrial structure upgrading of digital technology empowered equipment manufacturing.Due to the continuous innovation of the enterprise’s internal technology,the market environment and the Changes in national policies necessitate the upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry structure.With the rapid development of digital technology,the equipment manufacturing industry’s production mode,division of labor boundaries,economic operating costs and value chain interact and promote each other,which further promotes the upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry’s industrial structure.At the same time,according to the rationalization of industrial structure,advanced development level and digital comprehensive development level,a regression model was established to study the impact of digital technology on the structure of Zhejiang’s equipment manufacturing industry.The results show that the enabling role of digital technology has indeed promoted Zhejiang’s equipment manufacturing industry.The improvement of the level of rationalization and advancement of the industrial structure has a greater impact on the advancement of the industrial structure than it has on the rationalization of the industrial structure.According to the problems of low industrial digitization rate,industrial concentration,independent innovation and insufficient R&D investment in the equipment manufacturing industry structure of Zhejiang Province,combined with the empirical analysis results of the impact of digital technology empowered equipment manufacturing industry structure upgrade,from the comprehensive training system of digital technology talents,Development of the digital industry,and the creation of regional industrial clusters have put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry structure in Zhejiang Province through digital technology.
