Study On The Layout Model Of Supporting Facilities In The Old Industrial Residential Rrea Of Lanzhou Based On The Concept Of Living Circle

As the witness and witness of the rise of New China’s industry,the old industrial residential area also plays an extremely important role in the development of China’s residential area.But now the old industrial settlement supporting facilities old,single,uneven distribution and other issues seriously affect the quality of life of residents in residential areas.In 2018,the Ministry of Housing issued the "urban residential planning and design standards" GB50180-2018,according to different levels of living circle for supporting facilities for hierarchical construction.The layout of the old industrial settlements and supporting facilities in Lanzhou is influenced by the industrial land around it,which has a deep influence on the pattern of supporting facilities layout.From the perspective of the Living Circle,this paper makes a classification study of the old industrial settlements in Lanzhou,sums up the layout patterns of the supporting facilities in different types of settlements,and puts forward practical and feasible optimization suggestions and strategies,in order to complete the number of supporting facilities,systematic layout of space,efficient sharing of all types of facilities,facilities to improve the service level,the living area to adapt to the high accessibility of facilities.At the same time,this study can be an effective supplement to urban residential planning standards,and provide reference for other old industrial residential facilities configuration.In this paper,101 old industrial settlements in Lanzhou during the period of the first five-year plan to the third-line construction are studied,the research scope is defined as the four districts of Chengguan District,Qilihe District,Anning District and Xigu District in Lanzhou.Based on the theories of life circle and accessibility,the current situation of supporting facilities in Lanzhou’s old industrial settlements is investigated,it is found that the old industrial settlements in Lanzhou are characterized by cluster distribution in different areas.In addition,the proportion of light and heavy industrial settlements is quite different,and the number of heavy industrial settlements is close to 75%.On this basis,the development of supporting facilities in old industrial settlements has been divided into five stages from the 1950 s to the present,from norms to standards,from "favorable production,convenient life" to "the index of a thousand people" to "the life circle".Through the detailed investigation and analysis of the residents’ daily travel mode,travel time,travel frequency and facilities satisfaction,the existing problems of the existing supporting facilities are summarized,the present situation and characteristics of the old industrial residential area in Lanzhou were obtained.Taking into consideration the supporting facilities and surrounding environment of the residential area,the old industrial settlements in Lanzhou can be divided into five types,i.e.industrial settlements,old settlements surrounded by old ones,dependent settlements with one factory and one district,influence settlements with new ones,and surrounding settlements with other lands.And according to the type and layout of the typical residential area,its location,supporting facilities status,problems and other factors were analyzed.It is concluded that there are two types of layout patterns of supporting facilities in old industrial settlements,namely peripheral and mixed,which are divided into peripheral +decentralized + centralized,centralized + peripheral,peripheral + decentralized three different mixed patterns.Finally,based on the pattern of supporting facilities layout,through constructing the three levels of the living circle of supporting facilities in the old industrial settlements,this paper puts forward suggestions on the level configuration and pattern layout of supporting facilities in different types of settlements respectively,at the same time,from the balance of supply and demand,layout adjustment,function compound,quality improvement,local conditions,time and space optimization,the paper puts forward the layout optimization strategy of the supporting facilities in the old industrial settlement of Lanzhou.
