Research On The Construction Of New Engineering Major In Heilongjiang Provincial Local Universities

With the unprecedented industrial transformation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,more and more new technologies and new industries have been produced,and more and more new formats and new models have been developed.Therefore,the ability of engineering talents in colleges and universities needs to be matched.With the ever-developing engineering reforms,based on this background,the concept of new engineering was first proposed in 2017.Since 2017,the Ministry of Education has given priority to discussing and publishing the "Fudan Consensus","TianDa Action" and "Beijing Guidelines".This is a trilogy of new engineering disciplines and the cornerstone of the construction and development of new engineering disciplines.In the same year,the "Notice of the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education on the Development of New Engineering Research and Practice"pointed out that local colleges and universities should give full play to their advantages,make full use of local resources,meet the needs of local economic and social development and enterprise technological innovation requirements,and deepen the integration of industry and education,and school-enterprise cooperation,Co-educate people,promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional engineering disciplines,and carry out research and practice of new engineering disciplines in local colleges and universities.As the main force in the supply of talents for the local engineering industry,the universities affiliated to Heilongjiang Province should implement the new engineering development background of "new engineering majors and new requirements for engineering",focus on the dynamics of the leading engineering industry in Heilongjiang Province,and iteratively update the traditional engineering majors.The province should provide technical support for talents in response to the industrial upgrading of the new industrial revolution,and provide richer and more powerful technical support and guarantee for talents in order to enhance the development of innovative engineering science and technology in Heilongjiang Province.Universities in Heilongjiang Province should focus on the development trend of new engineering disciplines based on the requirements of new economic development,comprehensively use literature analysis,comparative research and case study methods to conduct in-depth analysis of their engineering construction,and clarify the background of new engineering disciplines.Under the premise of engineering major construction theory,combined with the result-oriented education theory,ability-based education theory and social-based theory,analyzing the current status of the construction of engineering majors in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,it can be found that the current construction of engineering majors in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province The concept of talent training is backward,professional construction goals are not clear,teacher resources are weak,and school-enterprise cooperation is not close.Therefore,the existing training methods for engineering talents in universities in Heilongjiang Province cannot cope with new industrial changes and industrial changes.The experience of engineering major construction in domestic and foreign universities finally determines engineering construction countermeasures suitable for the new engineering background and its development trend,proposes to update the concept of engineering talent training,set reasonable professional training goals,improve the teacher training system,and strengthen the school-enterprise collaborative education Development proposals.Compared with the existing research focusing on the construction of engineering disciplines of individual majors,this paper selects the Heilongjiang region as the research scope,and discusses the changes in education concepts,the adjustment of disciplines,the optimization of the integration of production and education,and the optimization of teaching resources.The construction of engineering disciplines in universities in Heilongjiang Province provides important theoretical references and practical suggestions.
