Evaluation Research Of Engineering Project Management Coordination Degree Based On EPC General Contracting Mode Evaluation Research

The EPC general contracting model,as an advanced general contracting model in the international engineering field,entered my country in the 1980 s and has been widely used after years of development.With the rapid development of the construction industry,the market scale of the EPC general contracting model is rapidly expanding,and the competition is becoming more intense.As a direct influence factor of the economic benefits of general contracting enterprises,project management becomes even more critical.However,today’s EPC project management still has problems such as fragmentation of management stages,incompatibility of management mechanisms,and low level of information sharing.How to make EPC project management more coordinated and improve the market competitiveness of general contracting enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.Starting from the complex system and explaining the structure model,this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the EPC project collaborative management system,and determines the organization,information,process,goal,and system as subsystems.On this basis,the EPC project management system collaborative evaluation index system and mathematical model are established.And conduct empirical research,and propose improvement strategies.First of all,the EPC project collaborative management is regarded as a complete complex system for analysis,five aspects of organization,information,process,goal,and system are determined as the subsystems of the project management system,and the EPC project collaborative management system structure model is constructed.The ISM explained structure model is used to classify it,and the formation mechanism of the EPC project collaborative management system is explored,which provides a basis for the establishment of the evaluation model.Secondly,the EPC project management system synergy evaluation index system was established on the basis of document review.The G1 method modified by the entropy method is used to weight the index system,and the EPC project management synergy measurement model is constructed based on the principle of sequence parameters,and the synergy level definition standard is determined.Finally,take a company’s office building renovation project in Lanzhou City as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model.The original data of the project’s synergy is obtained through questionnaire surveys.After processing,the project’s synergy is calculated according to the measurement model,and the information and The system subsystem has a high degree of coordination,the organization and target subsystems are in a moderately coordinated state,and the process subsystem fluctuates greatly.The results are basically consistent with the current status of project coordination.On this basis,the reasons for the cooperative state of each subsystem are analyzed,and suggestions are made.
