Dynamics Analysis Of Quality Management Efficiency Of Large Complex Project Based On Benchmarking Theory

The quality management of complex project is difficult to harmonize the quality level between the participants and reach the same goal of the whole project with the reason of the temporary and instable network. Although complex projects under the framework of standardization management already have the basis of systematic management, how to improve quality management efficiency with limited project cycle, new professional problems and personnel quality differences become a new challenge for managers. Therefore, there is a urgent need of new management mode to ensure the effectively quality improvement of the large complex project.Analyzing the reality of the complex project quality management, the article introduced the related content of the benchmarking theory, standardization management and the theory of system dynamics to explore the management model and influence factors which is to improve quality management efficiency. On the one hand, combining the characteristics of the large complex projects, the article made some modification and improvement of the original application pattern of the benchmarking theory, and established compound quality benchmarking management pattern. On the other hand, the paper combined the theory of system dynamics, found out the influence factors of benchmarking mechanisms of dynamic learning, then made the cause and effect analysis diagram, system flowing diagram and factors sensitivity analysis of benchmarking study dynamic cycle with Vensim PLE.As to solve the problems in complex projects, the paper try to modify the mature benchmarking theory in enterprises to adapt to the new area, and put forward the owner leading compound quality management mode and analyzed the efficiency of quality benchmarking learning cycle. It provided a train of thought for the managers to solve the real problems.
