Research On Project Schedule Management Of Digging Of Shipping Lane And Reclamation Epeirogenic Project Of Industrial Zone

Project Schedule Management is a management control o the degree of progress and projects in various stages of the final project completion date during the implementation of the project, it is an important content in project management, and it directly related the incoming of the project. As one of the three most managements, it is closely related to the cost management and generates the projective benefits. As to this project, the schedule management is crucial. Because Tian Jin NanGang Industrial Zone is the important component of Tian Jin’s "double city double harbor" strategy. As the important part of Tian Jin Binhai New area, it has a vital role to promote its development and opening up.The thesis take the digging of shipping lane and reclamation epeirogenic project as an example to study the schedule management from the aspects of construction period forecasting and key affecting factors management.This paper introduces the basic concept, characters about project management and schedule management systematically, then on the base of this project’s practical condition, draw up its WBS. On this base, connected this PERT technology, the unascertained number theory it used to forecast construction period. Next, the AHP is used to recognize the key factors affects construction period and based on the analysis result, some useful measurement is gave out.The study of this thesis has certain significance to schedule management of project, especially the digging of shipping lane and reclamation epeirogenic project of Tian Nangang Industrial Zone.
