Research On The Development Strategy Of Pharmaceutical Industry Cluster In Northeast China

With the improvement of people’s living standard and the change of life style,the importance of health industry is more and more recognized.Nowadays,health industry has become an important industry that guides the global economic development and social progress in the 21 st century.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of "healthy China" in the nineteen major reports,aiming at developing healthy industries to improve people’s physical and mental health.The pharmaceutical industry,as an important part of the health industry,has a great opportunity for its development.However,compared with other regions,the pharmaceutical industry in Northeast China has great potential,but it has developed backward.In order to change this dilemma to adapt to the new economic and social situation,the local government of Northeast China takes the pharmaceutical industry as a strategic emerging industry with the focus of development,and actively explores and develops the characteristic medicine and health industry.In this context,this paper explores the development of pharmaceutical industry in Northeast China from the perspective of industrial agglomeration,attaches importance to the driving effect of pharmaceutical industry agglomeration on the whole regional economy,deeply analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of the pharmaceutical industry agglomeration in Northeast China,and combines the advantages and characteristics of regional pharmaceutical industry resources to find the countermeasures suitable for the development of pharmaceutical industry agglomeration in Northeast China.Specifically,the research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper summarizes and comments on the current research situation at home and abroad by combing the literature at home and abroad,and systematically combs the theory and literature related to the pharmaceutical industry and industrial agglomeration,expounds the influencing factors and economic effects of industrial agglomeration,so as to provide solid theoretical support for the mechanism analysis and empirical analysis of pharmaceutical industry agglomeration in the futureSecondly,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on the development of pharmaceutical industry in Northeast China,mainly from three aspects:industrial agglomeration promoting technological innovation of pharmaceutical industry,industrial agglomeration promoting the upgrading of pharmaceutical industrial structure and industrial agglomeration promoting the competitiveness of pharmaceutical industry,So as to provide a solid theoretical support for the in-depth study of the influencing factors,development mode and path selection of pharmaceutical industry agglomeration in Northeast China.Thirdly,this paper focuses on two aspects to analyze the current development situation of pharmaceutical industry cluster in Northeast China.One is to analyze the development status of pharmaceutical industry in Northeast China in the national pharmaceutical industry from the overall perspective,and to explore the internal development status of pharmaceutical industry in Northeast China from the local perspective,And choose the location entropy index and concentration index to measure the concentration level of pharmaceutical industry in Northeast China.The second is to reveal the advantages and disadvantages of pharmaceutical industry cluster development in Northeast China by analyzing the characteristics of pharmaceutical industry cluster development in three provinces of Northeast China and summarizing the existing problems in the development process.In order to analyze the key factors affecting the pharmaceutical industry agglomeration in Northeast China,this paper adopts the method of combining theory and empirical analysis,mainly analyzes the six related factors affecting the pharmaceutical industry agglomeration,and constructs the panel regression model according to the selected six factors and the location entropy index,Empirical analysis of the pharmaceutical industry agglomeration in Northeast China has an important impact on the factors.Finally,based on the above theoretical and empirical analysis,the economic development level,government policy,scientific research technology ability,service industry development level and labor supply are the important factors affecting the concentration of pharmaceutical industry in Northeast China.Combined with its related factors and taking into full consideration the resource advantages and characteristics of the Northeast China in the pharmaceutical industry,the paper provides practical countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of the pharmaceutical industry cluster in the East and North China from five aspects:Deepening the industrial integration,strengthening the government guidance,improving the level of science and technology,improving the development level of service industry and cultivating complex human resources.
