| With the continuous development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang,the connection between urban and rural areas has become increasingly close,and urban and rural residents travel frequently,the original urban public transport and rural passenger transport lines can no longer meet the travel needs of urban and rural residents.Through the selection of urban and rural passenger transport integration development evaluation index and the construction of evaluation model,this paper grasps the development level of urban and rural passenger transport integration in four counties of Southern Xinjiang,and provides theoretical reference and scientific basis for its development.This paper studies the development level of the integration of urban and rural passenger transport in four counties of Southern Xinjiang from the following aspects:(1)This paper investigates the current situation of natural climate conditions,economic and social development and highway traffic development in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang,collects the data needed for the evaluation of the development level of urban-rural passenger transport integration in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang,and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the development environment of urban-rural passenger transport integration in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang from four perspectives of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.(2)Based on the development environment of the integration of urban and rural passenger transport in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang,combined with the existing relevant evaluation indexes,the evaluation index system of the integration of urban and rural passenger transport is established,which is composed of 5 first level indexes and 17 second level indexes,including basic development level,information service,management and supervision,development policy and facility construction.Based on factor analysis and k-means clustering algorithm,the evaluation model of the development level of urban-rural passenger transport integration in four counties of Southern Xinjiang is constructed.The hidden index variables(common factors)are extracted by factor analysis,and the dimensions of the evaluation indexes are reduced.The k-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the data after the factor indexes change,and the development level of urban-rural passenger transport integration is divided.(3)This paper analyzes the development level of urban-rural passenger transport integration in four counties of Southern Xinjiang based on the evaluation model,extracts five common factors,including infrastructure development factor,policy and supervision factor,travel information service factor,travel condition factor and operation safety factor,and calculates and determines the comprehensive score of each common factor and the development of urban-rural passenger transport integration in each county The development level of urban-rural passenger transport integration in each county can be divided into four grades: the highest level,high level,lower level and the lowerest level.(4)By using Arc GIS software to draw the difference map of the development level of urban-rural passenger transport integration in each county,this paper analyzes the development level of each county in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang,and analyzes its spatial pattern of development.The results show that: the overall development of urban-rural passenger transport integration in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang is at a general level,the integration development level of different indicators is quite different,and the comprehensive development level is unbalanced among different regions,and the integration development level of Northern Xinjiang is obviously better than that of Southern Xinjiang.(5)Based on the evaluation results of the development level of the integration of urban and rural passenger transport in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the reasons for the differences in the development process.According to the different development levels,the development of the integration of urban and rural passenger transport in the four prefectures of Southern Xinjiang is divided into accelerated development stage,steady development stage and perfect development stage,and puts forward the corresponding development strategies and development modes. |
