| The requirements of building industrialization have made the prefabricated building develop rapidly in recent years.Compared with the traditional building,the prefabricated building has the advantages of convenient construction,resource saving,green environmental protection,etc.But the prefabricated exterior wall panels have been an important factor hindering the development of prefabricated buildings.In order to solve some problems in the application of external wall panels in practical projects,this paper improves the embedded SRC multi-ribbed composite wall panels and puts forward a kind of semi-embedded SRC multi-ribbed external wall panels with structure,decoration and insulation integration.The overhanging part of the outer plate design wraps the steel frame inside to solve the problem of exposed erosion of the steel frame;The insulation performance of the wall panels can be improved by filling the ribs with insulation materials.In this paper,the semi-embedded SRC multi-ribbed wall panels with and without opening holes were built by ABAQUS software.The wind resistance of the wall panels was analyzed by loading horizontal wind load and parameterized analysis was carried out.At the same time,three wall panels with no opening,door opening and window opening were built with ABAQUS software,and the seismic performance of semi-embedded SRC multi-ribbed exterior wall panels was analyzed.The results show that under the action of wind load,both the open-hole and half-inlaid SRC multi-ribbed wall panels have bending deformation.The deflection of the open-hole wall panels on the left and right sides of the opening is larger,and the deflection of the open-hole wall panels is the largest at the midspan point.With the increase of concrete strength,the wind bearing capacity of SRC multi-ribbed wall panels with openings and semi-embedded SRC multi-ribbed panels without openings has been significantly improved.However,the width of light steel keel,the steel bar of inner plate and the thickness of light steel keel have little influence on the wind resistance of SRC multi-ribbed wall panels.Under low cyclic loading,the three semi-inlaid SRC multi-ribbed outer wall panels all have good seismic performance,and the initial lateral stiffness of the wall panels with open Windows and open doors is low.The whole wall panel and steel frame have good ductility and can work together to resist external load.The semi-embedded SRC multi-ribbed outer wall panels and the steel frame can form two seismic defense lines.When an earthquake occurs,the wall panels destroy part of the energy first,and the steel frame bears the energy later. |
