With the completion of the 13th Five-Year Plan and the promulgation of the Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Vision Goals for the Year 2035,China’s social and economic construction has entered a new stage of development.In this context,electric power design enterprises have emerged new opportunities for development,but at the same time,they are also facing many difficulties and challenges:the pressure of market competition is gradually increasing,the internal management needs are constantly improving,and the talent competition is increasingly fierce.For the electric power design industry,the core competitiveness of enterprises is talents,and scientific and orderly internal management is an important basis for the steady development of enterprises.Therefore,ND Design Institute must attach importance to talents and internal management,which requires the establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance assessment system to promote the continuous improvement of internal management performance of enterprises.Based on the modern human resources management theory as the guidance,take the way of ND questionnaire and design institute for administrative staff performance appraisal system has carried on the investigation and study,find out the ND design problems existing in the current performance evaluation system,and puts forward the four kinds of optimization countermeasures and three guarantee measures,also hope that through this research can function management personnel performance evaluation system for the relevant enterprises to provide reference for further studies.
